东流水道为长江下游典型的多分汊顺直河段,汊道交替、变化复杂,时有碍航情况发生,是长江下游重点碍航水道,也是长江“黄金航道”尺度提升的瓶颈河段。尤其近些年,在经历了西港淤堵、航道调整以及二期整治工程实施后,东流水道演变出现了新变化与新趋势。结合东流水道最新实测资料,分析其演变特点及碍航特性,揭示汊道变化的影响因素,并建立二维水沙数学模型,预测未来东流水道的演变趋势。在此基础上,提出主要维护对策及措施,为同类水道的航道维护与整治提供参考。  相似文献

通过实测资料,系统分析了长江中游宜都水道演变特点,并重点对三峡蓄水后的演变规律进行了分析,提出初步治理对策。结果表明:宜都水道是长江中游离三峡枢纽最近、受其影响最早的碍航水道,天然情况下属枯季碍航浅水道;蓄水后,水浅的碍航问题得到了一定的改善,但其支汊发展、边滩冲刷现象明显,其对宜昌水位的控制作用受到威胁,因此及时实施该水道控导工程以稳定控制节点作用十分必要。  相似文献

燕子窝水道是长江中游航道重点碍航浅滩段之一,具备顺直分汊的平面特征,分汊口门易形成碍航浅滩,出现散乱型浅滩时碍航程度最为严重。三峡工程实施后,水道出现了不利调整。已建整治工程实施后,关键部位得到守护,但随着三峡工程的影响程度逐渐加深,燕子窝水道仍出现了不利的调整变化,航道条件仍不稳定。通过对已建工程实施前后燕子窝水道河床演变及碍航特性的分析,提出治理思路及方案,并进行结构设计,重点对新老工程衔接进行细化和优化处理,可为长江航道类似整治工程设计提供经验。  相似文献

本文分析了近期九江水道的河床演变及碍航特性,基于近期航道条件及具体维护情况,从滩槽形态、三峡蓄水和航道整治工程三个方面探讨了九江水道过渡段碍航出浅的原因,并预测了在建二期工程实施后,九江水道未来航道条件变化趋势和航道维护情况。在建的航道整治二期工程有利于改善九江水道上浅区的碍航情况,但在建工程控制力度有限,未来枯水期仍可能需要依靠疏浚来保障分月航道维护尺度。  相似文献

福姜沙河段目前呈三汊通航趋势,海轮航道走福南水道,江轮航道走福中水道,福北水道—如皋中汊为地方专用航道,目前三汊水深条件都不满足12.5 m深水航道要求尺度,为此必须进行整治。分析各汊道碍航情况及各汊道整治难度。针对各汊道碍航特性,提出整治原则及整治思路,在分析各汊道分流格局、水深条件、碍航特性等的基础上,提出整治工程平面布置形式。  相似文献

长江下游土桥水道自1998年开始航道条件恶化,但不同时期碍航特性不同。以1955—2014年土桥水道的实测地形、水文资料及大通站水沙资料为基础,用有序聚类法分析了大通站输沙量的变化特点,以及各类碍航特性变化的原因。结果表明:目前土桥水道碍航特性已从断面形态宽浅及淤沙碍航变为左汊分流比下降,其主要原因是三峡蓄水后大通站水沙过程的变化。该水沙过程不利于左汊分流比的维持,特别是175 m蓄水方案运行后,左汊分流比明显下降,成为影响航道条件的主要因素。  相似文献

三峡水库175 m试验性蓄水以来,在新水沙条件下变动回水区上段局部重点碍航浅滩持续存在卵砾石淤积碍航问题,对库尾河段航道条件产生不利影响,船舶通航安全存在一定隐患。自2020年汛期特大洪水以来,变动回水区上段鱼洞水道中堆、窎鱼嘴浅碛逐年淤长,以该段重点碍航滩险为背景,分析了重点碍航浅滩冲淤特点、碍航成因等,提出了针对性维护疏浚方案,并对疏浚后效果进行分析。从维护性疏浚完工后效果及河段航道条件来看,鱼洞水道中堆、窎鱼嘴重点碍航浅滩河段的航宽、水深、弯曲半径均得到一定改善,航道条件明显好转。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
