对船舶,特别是超规范船舶,进行结构的直接计算设计时,首先要知道波浪弯矩设计值。 要确切地做到这一点,设计人员应合理地选择船舶航行海域的海浪长期统计资料,然后根据船 舶的装载工况和实际可能达到的航速,借用线性理论或非线性理论进行波浪弯矩的长期预报 来确定设计值。本文就一艘大型集装箱船舶,按五个典型海域的海浪统计资料,对波浪弯矩及 波浪合成弯矩作了长期预报计算,并与 IACS的统一纵强度要求UR—S11的结果作了比较和 分析,给出了对船舶结构直接计算设计有指导意义的几点结论。  相似文献

Although the nonlinear effects of the ship motions, wave-induced loads and structural responses of conventional vessels have been investigated experimentally and numerically in recent years, similar studies on the wave-piercing tumblehome (WPTH) vessels are rare, in spite of the urgent necessary due to their extensive applications. This paper experimentally investigated the nonlinear effects of the vertical motions and vertical bending moment (VBM) for a WPTH vessel based on a hydro-elastic segmented model test. The model test was carried out in head regular waves for three amplitudes, in the towing tank at Harbin Engineering University. Based on the band-pass filter technique, four kinds of decomposed harmonics are defined by mean offset, linear wave-frequency response, nonlinear wave-frequency response and nonlinear high-frequency vibration. Meanwhile, based on mean offset, three kinds of combined responses are defined by considering linear wave-frequency response, nonlinear wave-frequency response and nonlinear high-frequency vibrations step by step. The transfer functions of vertical motions and VBM are presented as function of the incident wave frequency, and the measured data and VBM were compared with numerical calculations for validation. With the method proposed above, the results of VBM are analyzed by focusing on the influences of decomposed harmonics on the amplitudes and asymmetry of combined responses. Strong nonlinear effects are observed in the VBM. The nonlinearity of VBM can be identified by the significant amplitudes of decomposed harmonics, variation of amplitude with the wave amplitude and remarkable asymmetry about the zero axis. The hogging VBM of WPTH vessel can be even larger than the sagging VBM, which is in contrast to the general experiences from conventional vessels. Combined the calculated relative motion with the decomposed and combined histories of VBM, the occurrence of the transient impact and its characteristics are discussed, and these are then used to analyze the unconventional asymmetry of VBM. Furthermore, the influences of the bow shape over the vertical motions and VBM are discussed. At the end of the paper, the uncertainties in the test are provided.  相似文献

MVNakhodka collapsed and broke in two on January 2, 1997 in the Sea of Japan, giving rise to a serious and disastrous oil spill on the coastline of Japan. During the inquiry into the cause of the accident, one of the main tasks of the inquiry committee was to identify the external loads which made the ship structure collapse. Among the several possible scenarios for the accident, after careful examination, the wave loads in the heavy weather at the time of the accident were taken to be the most plausible cause. The results of that research are described in two papers, and the present paper deals with the way in which wave loads on theNakhodka at the moment of the accident were estimated. We first describe the details of the accident such as the location, the sea condition, the loading condition, and the ship's heading speed. Then the static loads resulting from the distribution of the cargo weight and the buoyancy are given to show that the static bending moment at the time of the accident caused extreme sagging. Next the wave loads in the irregular waves, calculated by the nonlinear time domain simulation program SRSLAM, are presented. It is shown that the bending moment in the waves reaches 1 087 800 KN*m at maximum SS 6.9, which is where the hull girder collapse took place. It was concluded that the ship broke in two because the bending moment exceeded the hull girder strength which had been reduced due to corrosion, taking into account conclusions derived from the research dealing with the structural strength aspect. We also discuss the stochastic significance of the estimated value and nonlinear nature of the peak distribution, in addition to the effects of the ship speed and wave heading on the wave load estimation. 本文采用三维时域非线性水弹性方法分析了一艘6750箱集装箱船的水弹性响应以及运动和垂向弯矩特征。通过考虑入射波力、静水恢复力、砰击效应的非线性,研究了在恶劣海况下船体的非线性运动和垂向弯矩响应,同时分析了波激振动及颤振对垂向弯矩的影响。数值计算结果表明:(1)非线性入射波力对运动的影响较小,但是对垂向弯矩的影响较大,使得其有明显的倍频成分,同时中垂弯矩显著大于中拱弯矩。另外,非线性入射波力也引起了明显的非线性波激振动;(2)非线性静水恢复力对运动和载荷的影响均较大,但是没有引起明显的非线性响应。非线性计算的垂荡响应小于线性结果,而纵摇和垂向弯矩响应大于线性结果;(3)砰击效应对运动的影响较小,但对垂向弯矩的影响较大,砰击效应引起了显著的船体弹性高频振动,增大了载荷幅值,但是其引起的合成中垂和中拱幅值相差不大;(4)非线性水动力的作用主要引起垂向弯矩的倍频响应,包括倍频可能引起的二节点垂向弯矩弹性共振,而砰击效应主要引起船体二节点垂向弯矩共振;(5)本文的非线性水弹性响应计算结果与Kim给出的数值计算结果吻合很好。  相似文献

非直壁式舰船在高浪级和高航速下的弯矩响应中,除了含有低频遭遇频率成分外,还存在着一定数量的遭遇频率的倍频成分及船体各谐调的垂向总振动频率成份,它们都会对舰船波浪弯矩的非线性响应产生相应的影响。如果舰船的第一谐调垂向总振动频率正好是遭遇频率的整数倍,这时弯矩的非线性响应将达到极值。本文从模型试验及理论计算两方面分析了舰船波浪弯矩的频率特性,对船体载荷响应理论的发展及设计载荷的确定具有指导意义。  相似文献

针对宽幅平底船型在风浪中航行,其船艏底部易遭受砰击从而引发船体高频振动的现象,对某型宽幅平底船型进行了研究.通过对目标船艇开展理论计算、船模试验、实船测量等多项工作.研究了非常规船型的砰击载荷.运用理论研究和试验相结合的方法,开展了复杂船型的砰击载荷研究,提出了理论预报的估算公式.通过大量计算和相关试验,得出了船型、航速和海况是影响宽幅平底船型砰击载荷的三大主要因素的结论.  相似文献

In this study, a method for predicting the extreme value distribution of the Vertical Bending Moment (VBM) in a flexible ship under a given short-term sea state is presented. The First Order Reliability Method (FORM) is introduced to evaluate the Probability of Exceedances (PoEs) of extreme VBM levels. The Karhunen-Loeve (KL) representation of stochastic ocean wave is adopted in lieu of the normal wave representation using the trigonometric components, by introducing the Prolate Spheroidal Wave Functions (PSWFs) to formulate the wave elevations. By this means, reduction of the number of stochastic variables to reproduce ocean wave is expected, which in turn the number of computations required during FORM based prediction phases is significantly reduced. In this study, the Reduced Order Model (ROM), which was developed in our previous studies, is used to yield the time-domain VBMs along with the hydroelastic (whipping) component in a ship. Two different short-term sea states, moderate and severe ones, are assumed. The FORM based predictions using PSWF for normal wave-induced VBM are then validated by comparing with those using the normal trigonometric wave representation and Monte Carlo Simulations (MCSs). Through a series of numerical demonstrations, the computational efficiency of the FORM based prediction using PSWF is presented. Then, the validation is extended to the severe sea state where the whipping vibration contributes to the extreme VBM level to a large degree, and finally the conclusions are given.  相似文献

裂纹损伤对于船体结构来说难以避免,将削弱结构的极限强度,所以研究含裂纹损伤船体结构的剩余极限强度意义重大.对于含裂纹舱段结构,现有的研究主要针对垂向弯矩作用下的剩余极限强度,对于联合弯矩作用下的研究还很欠缺.本文采用非线性有限元分析方法,研究了垂向弯矩和水平弯矩联合作用下含裂纹舱段的剩余极限强度.提出了计算含裂纹船舯舱段在联合弯矩作用下剩余极限强度的计算公式,通过对含裂纹箱型梁的有限元计算结果进行拟合,得到公式中待定系数的表达式.研究结果表明,本文提出的方法可以快速预测船体结构在联合弯矩作用下的剩余极限强度.  相似文献

Experiments for the ship motions and sea loads were carried out on a segmented model of a container ship in ballast condition. Comparisons between the measurements and the theoretical results were carried out for the vertical motions and bending moments. For the evaluation of the primary stresses it is assumed that the total vertical bending moment induced by waves is divided into one component obtained by the linear theory and another one is due to the slamming loads. Several formulations for the determination of the slamming loads are compared with experimental results. The vibratory response of the model is calculated by modelling the hull with rotational springs and rigid links. Linear finite elements with a consistent mass formulation are adopted for the structural model and the response is obtained by modal superimposing and direct integration methods.  相似文献

为了能对江海通航船型的结构强度进行合理评估,根据载荷第一原则,按特定航线所在的E1海区的波浪统计资料,对该海区船舶的波浪载荷进行了系统研究,并给出了航行于该海区江海通航船的波浪附加弯矩、波浪附加剪力、波浪水平弯矩及波浪扭矩的长期预报值.本文的研究结果已纳入中国船级社《特定航线江海通航船检验指南》中,对特定航线江海通航船的发展起到了积极的推进作用.  相似文献

对焊接初始缺陷于船体梁极限弯矩的影响进行了研究.采用热传递分析得到焊接结构的温度场,进而采用热弹塑性分析得到结构的焊接残余应力和焊接变形.将得到的焊接变形及残余应力作为结构的初始缺陷,对船体梁的极限弯矩进行了比较计算.结果表明,焊接初始缺陷对船体梁极限弯矩的影响不宜忽略,热传递及热弹塑性分析的方法可较好地模拟船体梁极限弯矩分析中的焊接初始缺陷.  相似文献

Various design loads used in the strength evaluation of ship structures have been introduced currently by classification societies. As most of these design loads have been determined as the standard loads for the sake of convenience, the relationships between the design loads and the sea states actually encountered by ships seem to be weak. Accordingly, it may be difficult to refer and utilize them as the fundamental design concepts for ship designers or the operational guidelines for ship operators. To overcome these difficulties, the authors have developed practical estimation methods of the design loads having transparent and consistent backgrounds to the actual loads acting on primary structural members of tankers. In this paper, the design sea states that closely resemble the actual sea states which are considered as the most severe for hull structures are firstly proposed. Secondly, the practical estimation methods of the design sea states are proposed by parametric studies using the results of series calculation of representative tankers. Thirdly, the practical estimation methods of design regular waves resulting in the same level of stresses with that induced in irregular waves under the design sea states are proposed. Finally, the practical estimation methods of the design loads such as ship motions, accelerations, hull girder bending moments and hydrodynamic pressures that are induced under design regular waves are proposed.  相似文献

[Objective]To investigate ship motion and load responses in realistic 3D waves and overcome the limitations of the traditional 2D wave assumption, this paper develops a method for predicting ship motion and load responses in short-crested waves. [Method]The long- and short-term responses of ship motion and load in long- and short-crested waves are numerically predicted using the spectral analysis and statistical probability methods, respectively. The influence of directional function on ship response is also numerically analyzed. Moreover, tank model tests and a large-scale model sea trial are comparatively conducted to validate the difference between ship response and statistics in long- and short-crested irregular waves. [Results]The results show that when navigating against the waves in the same sea condition, the long-crested wave assumption overestimates the statistical mean value of ship load response, but underestimates extreme load in real seas. For long-crested waves, the ship motion and acceleration power spectrum is concentrated around a certain frequency band. [Conclusion]Ship motion and load responses in realistic 3D waves are significantly different from those in 2D long-crested waves. The directional function of short-crested waves also has a significant effect on ship motion and load responses. © 2023 The Author(s).  相似文献

采用数值分析软件Sesam/HydroD对某半潜式起重船在航行状态和起重作业状态下的波浪载荷进行长期预报和短期预报.在航行状态下,预报得到的最大波浪弯矩和剪力分别为规范值的1.4倍和2.0倍,用于进行结构疲劳评估(超越概率为10-2)的波浪弯矩最大预报值约为用于进行结构强度评估(超越概率为10-8)的波浪弯矩最大预报值的20%.在起重作业状态下,预报得到的波浪弯矩最大值约为航行状态下的15%.预报得到的波浪载荷结果和船舶运动响应结果可应用到船体结构强度和疲劳分析中,供船舶设计参考.  相似文献
