基于标准的协同优化算法,针对其对初始点敏感、收敛慢等固有缺陷,将协同优化算法法与混合优化算法及动态松弛法相结合,提出分段动态松弛协同优化算法,并将其应用到船舶机舱结构多目标优化问题中。针对船舶主机舱结构静、动态多学科多目标优化问题,建立主机舱结构的多目标协同优化模型。在Isight优化软件中采用改进的分段动态松弛协同优化算法,对船舶机舱结构进行静、动态多学科多目标协同优化设计,得到优化设计的最优解。优化结果表明,相对于基于遗传算法的协同优化算法,分段动态松弛协同优化算法兼顾了优化的高效性和准确性,对于实际工程中更加复杂的多学科多目标结构优化具有一定的参考价值。  相似文献

针对标准协同优化算法求解复杂系统工程问题的缺陷,提出了一种改进的协同优化算法,并将其应用于油船总体概念设计阶段。改进协同优化算法将系统级一致性约束最优化问题通过罚函数方法转化为一个无约束优化问题。同时,给出了两种不同的基于差异信息的动态可调罚系数,以保证在优化初期,系统级设计变量与学科级共享变量相差较大时,惩罚力度也大,促使一致性差异在总目标函数中占主导地位,则一致性差异将迅速下降。随着优化的进行,罚系数变小,惩罚力度减轻,目标函数的收敛加快。通过对MDO测试函数算例与标准协同优化和其他典型的改进协同算法的比较,验证了该方法在优化结果的可靠性和稳定性等方面有优势。最后,应用改进的协同优化算法求解以油船造价为系统级目标协同浮性与稳性、快速性等4个子学科的多学科优化问题以体现其工程实用性。  相似文献

多学科优化设计(MDO)是当前复杂系统工程设计中研究最活跃的领域。分析了传统多学科协同优化算法解决实际复杂MDO问题计算困难的原因,提出了一种符合工程实际的改进的协同优化算法(NCO)。NCO通过改变协同优化系统级表达形式解决传统协同优化计算成本大、收敛困难等缺陷。通过两个经典MDO测试算例与Alexandrov提出的改进松弛协同优化比较,优化结果表明,NCO能有效提高收敛速率,保证收敛结果的稳定性和可靠性,能更好地满足复杂系统工程优化需要。  相似文献

一种新的多学科协同优化方法及其工程应用   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
本文提出了一种新的多学科设计协同优化方法,并将其应用于潜艇分舱设计中.该方法在系统级通过学科级耦合变量的折中来得到系统级耦合变量,采用各学科级目标函数加权和来综合评价设计的优劣,避免了系统级优化过程,解决了标准协同优化算法系统级优化前期不收敛的不足,从而改善了数值稳定性,同时减少了总的计算迭代次数;在学科级目标函数中构建一致性惩罚函数,最终实现耦合变量之间的协调;在约束条件中实施变精度控制,逐步达到预期的精度要求,从而提高收敛性,并减少计算量.本文给出了新算法所得全局最优点即为所求原问题全局最优点的理论证明,并针对典型减速齿轮箱多学科设计优化问题,通过与标准协同优化算法在数值实验中的对比分析,验证了本方法在计算结果的收敛性、数值稳定性及可靠性等方面有优越性,最后通过在潜艇分舱设计中的应用体现了其工程实用价值.  相似文献

无人水下航行器(UUV)是多学科交叉的复杂耦合系统,采用多学科设计优化(MDO)可以大大缩短UUV研发周期,提升UUV总体性能。针对UUV的总体设计,开展模块化学科划分,建立各学科分析模型。由于UUV总体系统属于多变量高维空间,单一的优化方法并不能得到全局范围的最优解,采用序列二次规划法结合自适应模拟退火法以及序列二次规划法结合多岛遗传算法的组合优化设计方法,基于协同优化策略,开展以UUV总重量为主优化目标的多学科设计优化,并利用仿真分析对优化后的UUV结构强度与稳定性进行校验。由优化设计的结果可以看出,UUV满足各个子系统约束的前提下,有效地减小了UUV总重量。  相似文献

针对现有的多学科可靠性分析方法只进行系统级优化,使系统级优化器的工作负担过重、求解效率低下的问题,提出一种基于性能策略法(Performance Measure Approach,PMA)的多学科遗传协同(Collaborative Optimization Based On Genetic Algorithm,GA-CO)可靠性分析方法(PMA-GA-CO)。该方法将PMA方法与多学科协同优化算法结合进行复杂系统工程可靠性分析。同时,采用遗传算法求解系统级可靠性优化问题,克服多学科协同优化算法中拉格朗日乘子不存在的缺陷。在PMA-GA-CO方法中所有的学科能够独立的进行优化,这样不仅解除了所有学科之间的耦合,提高了搜索最大可能点(Most Probable Point,MPP)的效率,而且学科级能进行优化,系统级优化器的负担可显著地降低。通过散货船概念设计多学科可靠性分析的工程例子证明了文中提出方法的效率和精度,这个优点在大规模的复杂工程系统的设计中能够更好地体现出来。  相似文献

文章介绍了多学科优化算法的发展以及在船舶设计中应用的广阔前景,针对其中的协同优化算法进行了详细介绍,并根据其存在的不足提出了动态罚函数的改进方法,通过对系统级优化问题进行改造,将其转化为无约束优化问题,降低了求解难度且提高了计算精度。对某型SWATH船阻力和结构的优化问题进行了简化、求解,最终结果降低了油耗,表明了该算法在船舶概念设计中应用的可行性。  相似文献

基于Isight软件,对圆柱形水下航行器开展了多学科设计优化技术的研究。首先将圆柱形水下航行器划分为阻力、结构、能源和推进四个学科,对每一个学科进行了详细的建模与分析,然后基于序列二次规划法,霍克-吉维斯直接搜索法以及多岛遗传算法三种优化算法对每个学科进行了单学科优化,在得到优化结果的同时,确定了最适合每个子系统的优化算法。接着确定了四个学科的耦合关系,完成了协同优化框架和同时分析与设计框架下多学科优化模型的构建。基于这两个多学科优化框架,分别在系统级优化器中采用上述三种优化算法,对圆柱形水下航行器进行了多学科设计优化,得到了满意的优化结果。最后总结出了一套适用于微小型水下航行器的多学科设计优化方案。  相似文献

椭圆偏振光谱方法是获取薄膜复光学常数和厚度的最优光学测量手段之一,椭偏方程作为超越方程,其逆向求解过程中的反演算法直接影响着椭偏数据的处理效率与精度.以前期的蚁群算法为基础,为进一步提高算法的收敛速度和跳出局部最优解的能力,研究了模拟退火算法和蚁群算法的融合策略,并提出了一种基于最优蚂蚁的变步长方法,通过动态改变最优蚂蚁的领域局部搜索步长,提升算法的精细化搜索能力,最终给出了模拟退火-蚁群变步长优化算法.应用该优化算法分析了高温超导薄膜FeSe的椭偏光谱,测试结果表明,该混合优化算法可以实现椭偏数据的精确反演分析,并且具有更快的收敛速度和更优的评价函数.  相似文献

动力定位推力分配一般以能量损耗最小为目标进行优化求解。本文旨在讨论推进器功率推力关系对动力定位能力的影响。针对三个不同的推进器功率推力关系,建立性能指标数学模型。基于不同指标函数形式,采用遗传算法、模拟退火算法以及二次规划方法进行优化求解。算例分析结果表明,不同的推进器功率推力关系形式对动力定位能力的影响甚微。同时,遗传算法、模拟退火算法收敛速度慢,计算效率远低于二次规划算法。因此,在处理推力分配优化实际问题时可认为推进器功率正比于推力的平方,推荐采用二次规划算法求解。此外,计算结果还表明动力定位系统在功率受限制时会降低系统的定位能力。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
