口岸直水道是长江南京以下12.5 m深水航道二期工程重点整治河段之一。基于多年实测地形资料对口岸直水道的河床演变趋势等进行了深入分析,形成了口岸直水道12.5 m深水航道治理思路,提出了工程治理方案,并采用非均匀、不平衡输沙平面二维潮流泥沙数学模型对方案效果进行了计算分析。分析计算表明:口岸直水道河势总体稳定;落成洲左汊放宽段存在过渡段浅滩,过渡段浅滩航道条件随水文年过程的不同而存在好坏变化;鳗鱼沙心滩在不同水文年冲淤变化频繁,但受上游来沙大幅减少的影响,冲刷、萎缩是鳗鱼沙沙体变化的主要方向或趋势。该水道航道治理的基本思路应以稳定落成洲头部和鳗鱼沙心滩的守护工程为主,并配合丁、潜坝适当增加浅区的冲刷能力。通过工程措施可以达到12.5 m深水航道治理目标。  相似文献

依据河道实测水文、地形资料对长江下游口岸直水道的河床演变、碍航特性和成因等进行了深入分析,初步提出了本河段航道治理的基本思路。分析表明:口岸直水道河势总体稳定;落成洲左汊主流右摆,洲头及其左缘持续冲刷,枯水河床展宽,浅区过渡段冲刷不力,航道条件向不利方向转化;鳗鱼沙心滩在不同水文年冲淤频繁,但受上游来沙减少的影响,总体上滩体冲刷萎缩,导致右汊航道条件变差,泰州大桥的兴建又使鳗鱼沙河段航道条件更趋复杂。航道治理的基本思路应在稳定落成洲头部和鳗鱼沙心滩的守护工程的基础上,以丁、潜坝配合守护工程适当增加浅区的冲刷能力。  相似文献

长江南京以下12.5 m 深水航道二期工程在落成洲河段采用潜堤、丁坝和护底带等航道整治工程,以防止右汊进一步冲刷发展,增强左汊浅段动力,改善航道条件。为论证落成洲河段整治工程实施后的整治效果,基于实测地形、水文资料,系统对比落成洲河段整治工程实施前后滩槽演变、汊道分流分沙比调整、固滩效果、航道条件改善等。结果表明,工程实施后,落成洲洲头及丁坝掩护区淤积明显,洲头冲刷后退的态势得到有效遏制,左汊分流比增加约4%,丁坝挑流区流速增加0.2 m/s左右,航道水深由10.5 m提升至12.5 m,整治建筑物总体实现整治意图,但须关注三益桥边滩淤长对深水航道的影响。  相似文献

根据口岸直水道落成洲守护工程前后实测水文资料,分析口岸直水道上浅区水动力条件和分流比的变化情况。结果表明,落成洲守护工程实施后,三益桥浅区段主流有向河道中心集中的趋势,有利于主汊内深槽的冲刷和航道条件的改善,但右汊内流速仍有所增加、分流比进一步加大,不利于左汊主航道条件的进一步改善。  相似文献

口岸直水道是长江南京以下12.5 m深水航道二期工程重点整治河段之一,该水道上段为多分汊河型,下段为长顺直型,且上段又处于弯道和淮河入汇,河段内滩槽变化剧烈,航道条件影响因素复杂,其中,淮河大流量入汇是落成洲浅滩形成的重要原因。采用数学模型手段计算分析淮河入汇对口岸直水道深水航道整治效果的影响。计算表明:淮河大流量入汇,使淮河入江口以上三益桥边滩、左汊12.5 m设计航槽内淤积幅度和范围均有所增加,受其影响,落成洲左汊设计航槽内不满足12.5 m等深线的最小宽度较不考虑淮河入汇时有所增加,高港边滩设计航槽内浅区不满足12.5 m水深的航道宽度略有减小,鳗鱼沙右槽下段12.5 m设计航槽内不满足12.5 m水深的航道宽度较无淮河影响时略有增加。  相似文献

戴家洲河段是长江中游重点碍航河段之一,该河段采取分期治理措施。戴家洲右缘下段守护工程的实施,主要是为巩固一期工程成果,抑制戴家洲右缘下段的冲刷后退,制止直水道平面形态向不利方向发展,为后续工程的实施创造有利条件。分析认为:工程的实施有效稳定了右缘下段岸线,改善了直水道航道条件,达到了预期目标。  相似文献

为达成长江口深水航道上延至南京的目标,长江南京以下12.5 m深水航道二期工程和畅洲水道实施航道整治工程,在左汊采用潜堤的结构形式,减小左汊分流比,改善右汊航道水深条件。本文根据和畅洲水道航道整治工程实施后的实测数据,与设计阶段数物模预测结果进行对比分析,综合分析工程前后在滩槽变化、河床容积、流场变化、分流分沙变化等方面的实现情况。结果表明:工程实施以后,左汊潜堤上游侧主要呈淤积状态,潜堤下游侧呈冲刷状态。右汊分流比大幅提高,河槽大面积刷深,航道维护量非常小。工程达到了预期的航道整治目标,工程治理方案合理,航道整治效果显著,可为长江中下游潮汐分汊河段航道整治提供参考。  相似文献

为给口岸直水道12.5 m深水航道治理方案研究提供依据,在对鳗鱼沙心滩段航道条件和演变趋势进行分析基础上,考虑两岸港口岸线发展需要,确定了选择鳗鱼沙心滩段左槽为12.5 m深水航道、维持右槽10.5 m深水航道的选槽方案,并核算了在泰州公路大桥和在建航道整治工程影响下的航线布置要求.计算结果表明,12.5 m深水航线选择泰州桥左通航孔航行进入左槽,航线平顺,过渡较好,是较为稳妥的航线布置方案;但局部年份左通航孔航宽不足时,采用从泰州公路桥右侧主通航孔下行后往左槽过渡的方案也是可行的,但富余不多.  相似文献

针对太仓至南通河段两个重点碍航河段——通州沙水道和白茆沙水道的碍航特点,实施长江南京以下12.5 m深水航道一期工程,目标是使12.5 m深水航道从目前的太仓港上延至南通港.通过动床物理模型试验对该一期工程平面方案进行研究.研究结果表明:一期工程能起到较明显的沙体守护效果,通州沙顺堤和齿坝能遏制通州沙及狼山沙沙体左缘的冲刷后退,并能遏制狼山沙窜沟的冲刷发展,且狼山沙东水道碍航浅段水深条件有所改善.一期工程亦能起到较明显的白茆沙沙体守护效果,能遏制沙头冲刷后退的趋势,该工程对白茆沙头部南侧的小沙包有较明显冲刷作用,白茆沙南水道进口段有一定程度冲刷,航行条件改善.因此预计一期工程可以达到工程建设目标.  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
