好望角型散货船废气清洗系统的改装设计

美国战列舰的设计

1942年5月25日，美国海军作战部副部长宣布了一项战列舰改装计划，主要调整项目包括改进防护装甲性能（尤其是甲板），安装高性能双重用途副炮以及加装隔舱（补偿因其他调整而导致的浮力损失）。美国海军决定，严重受损的“西弗吉尼亚”号和“加利福尼亚”号将通过加装隔舱使舷宽达到34．47米或34．77米，由此平衡甲板增加的重量（约1400吨）。虽然“田纳西”号战列舰也将进行改装，但海军作战部副部长不愿让该舰在较长时间内无法服役。     

大型集装箱船加装混合式脱硫系统船体设计

基于多型超大型集装箱船加装镁基法混合式脱硫系统工程项目,从船体设计的角度分析总结了改装要点。根据混合式脱硫塔系统新增的设备和舱柜,以及布置和系统上的要求,重点研究了加装过程中烟囱外形和结构尺寸、舱柜布置、烟囱振动以及防沉淀等关键技术问题。本文为大型箱船或其它船型安装混合式废气脱硫提供了技术参考和设计经验。

介绍“大洋一号”科学考察船现代化改装前后海洋调查仪器、设备和技术状况。重点介绍“大洋一号”船舶计算机网络信息集成系统的建设和特点、海洋调查仪器、设备及系统海上调试和试验，以及发展海洋调查技术的方向。     

7.4万吨自卸船改装成功山海关船厂瞄准单壳油轮改装打造新品牌

日前，山海关船厂为加拿大改装的自卸式散货船“阿卡迪亚”号顺利启航回国。这标志着山海关船厂承接的单壳油轮改装成自卸式散货船工程首战告捷，填补了我国改装大型自卸式散货船的空白，同时再次增强了企业在船舶改装领域的竞争力。据介绍，“阿卡迪亚”号属巴拿马型自卸式散货船，船型特殊、技术含量高、附加值高。这也是山海关船厂第四次将单壳油轮改装成其他不同功能和用途的船舶。     

超大型矿砂船LNG READY设计方案

介绍400 000 DWT超大型矿砂船是升级换代船型,满足双燃料预留设计。通过对LNG舱型选择、布置方案、LNG设备间布置、燃气设备选型、BOG处理等双燃料设计的各种要素进行研究和方案对比,确定符合矿砂船船型特点的LNG READY技术方案。此外,对LR、DNVGL、CCS这三个船级社的LNG READY船级符号的要求进行研究,结合LNG围护系统的成本分析及改装方案研究,为未来的双燃料预留设计船舶提供技术参考。     

世界首创VLCC型单壳油轮改装成散货船

VLCC型单壳油轮改装成一艘矿砂船，目前在世界尚属首例。山海关船厂要改装全长319m，高29．3m，宽54．5m，25万dwt的单壳油轮“河北创新”号，在全厂上下引起了不小的轰动。改装工程包括10个货舱口新制、10套舱盖系统安装、10个上边舱新制、加装双层底、深边舱框架加强，以及轮机、管系、电气系统改装等。2004年2月份．山海关船厂成立了工程项目组，着手前期准备工作，进行改装方案论证、     

“发展之路”号自航半潜船船体改装设计研究

半潜船是专门运输无法分割的大型整体设备的高技术含量、高附加值船舶,在世界上为数不多。特别是改装半潜船,受到的限制较多,加之船型特殊,国内外可供参考资料缺乏。＂发展之路＂号是世界首艘由液化石油气船改装而成的自航半潜船。概述了该船的主要技术性能和特点,从总布置、结构强度、稳性等方面介绍了该船在改装设计中的难点和要点,为此类船舶的改装设计提供了新的思路。     

125 m布缆船设计优化研究

为解决大型布缆船设备多、甲板布置空间不足的问题,对125 m布缆船进行优化设计。首先,根据布缆船工程作业需求,提出了甲板作业区域设备合理布置方案;其次,采用有限元分析法,校核了电缆托盘舱段区域的结构强度;最后,结合船员海上生活的特点,从噪声、通风、防火、娱乐等角度对船员的居住区域进行设计优化研究。研究结果表明：该优化设计方案可有效解决大型布缆船甲板作业设备多、难以布置的问题,且作业区域局部结构强度满足《钢质海船入级规范》(2022)的要求,同时大大提高了船员的船上生活质量。     

大型箱船加装废气脱硫系统设计研究

随着IMO对船舶在全球区域限制硫排放法规生效,营运船舶加装废气脱硫系统需求日渐火热。文章以大型集装箱船加装混合式脱硫系统为研究对象,重点研究了加装过程中需要考虑的脱硫系统设计选型、设备及舱柜布置、烟囱设计等关键技术问题。为大型箱船或其他船型安装混合式废气脱硫做出有益的技术探索和积累。

物理模型试验是预报防撞设施所受撞击力及优化设计方案的主要方法之一。结合杭州湾大桥柔性防撞设施及东海大桥独立式防撞体设计方案,阐述了船—防撞体撞击试验的基本原理、方法、试验方案及相关试验结果。提出了柔性防撞系统的优化方案。试验结果表明,该方案经济有效,可供预报类似桥梁防撞设施撞击力时参考。

印尼某电厂项目码头水工建筑物包括码头、防波堤和护岸等主要组成部分。在该项目水工建筑物的设计过程中,综合考虑当地的自然条件、施工能力和材料来源等因素,不断优化结构选型和结构断面。根据不同使用要求,护岸分别采用直立式和斜坡式2种结构型式,推荐的设计方案节省投资、施工方便,可供同类工程设计参考。     

Catalyzing Coastal Management in Kenya and Zanzibar: Building Capacity and Commitment

Site-based projects were initiated in Chawka Bay-Paje, Zanzibar, and Nyali-Bamburi-Shanzu, Kenya, to demonstrate the benefits of an integrated coastal management (ICM) approach for addressing coastal issues such as tourism development and enhancement of resource-dependent village economies in eastern Africa. A two-year, multidonor project used three primary strategies to make rapid, but sustainable, progress toward ICM. These included using interagency government teams for ICM planning, adopting an internationally recognized framework for ICM as a project ''road map,'' and explicitly incorporating capacity-building strategies into all aspects of the project. Within two years, integrated ICM action strategies, prepared through participatory processes, were being implemented at both sites, and both teams were working to expand the scale and scope of ICM in their nation. More importantly, the project helped create committed, capable, interagency groups that continue to work together to address urgent ICM issues.
