高职“船舶避碰与值班”教学改革的思索

通过对《船舶避碰与值班》在教学与学生实习过程中存在问题的分析与探讨,提出对该课程教学改革的相关建议。     

船用光纤陀螺随机漂移分析与研究

随机漂移是影响船用光纤陀螺精度的主要因素。对随机漂移进行建模并在系统中加以补偿是提高船用光纤陀螺及其导航系统精度的关键。本文对可用于精密仪器随机漂移研究的Allan方差法加以改进,将数字信号处理中加窗函数的方法应用于计算Allan方差,解决了某些频段内由于频混造成的随机漂移表征不唯一的问题。通过对光纤陀螺实测数据进行计算,得出各种随机漂移的系数,实验证明这是对光纤陀螺随机漂移进行研究的有效方法。     

关于海船在内河航行资格的思考

文中阐述了海船在内河航行方面的规定,建议海事管理机构根据海船在内河航行时的几种情形开展针对性的监督检查,从源头上杜绝海船在内河非法航行,消除安全隐患,保障通航安全。     

对台直航船舶监督管理初探

Modelling navigation in muddy areas through captive model tests

Many access channels and harbours suffer from sedimentation and formation of mud layers. To keep navigation safe and economic, extensive maintenance dredging is needed. Until now, the required level of dredging has always been determined by making use of the physical characteristics of the mud layer, which does not necessarily result in efficient dredging. Ship behaviour also matters, and knowledge of ship manoeuvrability can help to redefine the level of dredging required. A mathematical model of manoeuvring for simulation purposes, based on a comprehensive series of captive model tests, is presented, along with a selection of results.     

船舶通航安全对策的思考

本文通过对几个船舶过桥事故的案例分析，探讨了跨江、跨海桥梁设施对船舶通航安全的影响，提出了船舶在桥区安全航行的对策，以避免船舶过桥安全事故的发生。     

基于Unscented卡尔曼滤波器的地磁辅助组合导航

将船位推算与地磁测量相结合构成组合导航方法.首先建立了推算模型,然后利用Unscented卡尔曼滤波方法,直接将地磁测量的结果用于校正推算结果,进行导航定位.此方法不采用匹配方法进行定位,可进行实时定位,能适用于非线性和离散的地磁模型.仿真表明,此方法能减小定位误差,适用于基于船位推算和地磁定位的实时组合导航.     

限界检测车在南京地铁10号线贯通测量中的运用

对限界检测车原理、工作方式等进行了介绍,并结合南京地铁10号线的工期、线路长度、冷热滑时间安排等因素,首次把限界检测车引入到了南京地铁限界检测中,实现了对整个南京地铁10号线全线区间及城西路停车场的快速、准确检测,使南京地铁10号线在通车之后未发生一起电客车擦碰事件,保证了运营安全。

An Approach to Stability Analysis of Sliding Motion in a Clearance Joint of a Four-Bar Mechanism

The sliding motion refers to the case when the pin of a revolute joint is in contact with the bush, following all or a segment of the circular trajectory inside the bearing. The equation of the sliding motion is obtained based on Lagrangian approach. By use of the classical continuation method, the stationary points can be calculated, and their local stability is determined with the theory of stability. This paper focuses its analysis on the joint connecting the rocker of a four-bar mechanism to the ground. The results show that there are some relations between the local stability of sliding motion and contact loss
