常用扭杆轴材料淬透性研究

对常用扭杆轴材料的淬透性进行了试验研究.结果表明:由于含碳量和合金元素的差异,几种材料的淬透性存在较大差异.60CrMnMoA由于含碳量高,而且具有的合金元素较多,因此淬透性最好;40CrNiMo含碳量较低,但也由于其合金元素多(Cr、Ni、Mo),淬透性次之;50CrVE与50CrVA相比,增加了Mn、Cr和Si的含量,淬透性明显提高;42CrMo含碳量低且合金元素较少,因此淬透性最差.

双电机驱动电动汽车动力参数选择及仿真分析

双电机驱动是提高电动车辆整车性能的有效方法,本文提出一种双电机耦合驱动系统的新构型;基于这种构型的特点,定义了双电机的4种驱动模式;依据车辆动力性要求计算出驱动系统各参数取值范围.根据双电机驱动系统的结构原理,提出基于门限值的模式切换控制策略;在Matlab/Simulink中搭建控制策略仿真模型,并与Cruise中整车模型进行联合仿真.仿真结果表明,这种新构型和控制策略在满足车辆动力性的前提下,可有效提高车辆的经济性.     

Application of digital image correlation method to in-situ dynamic strain measurement

Application of digital image correlation (DIC) method to determination of in-situ dynamic strain is presented in this study. Firstly, an integrative software is programmed based on the DIC algorithms and point-wise least-squares fitting technique. Then, simulated speckle images are generated to study the computational accuracy of this software. The experimental setup and procedures for measuring in-situ dynamic strain through both DIC and strain gauge are proposed. The DIC results are close to those measured by strain gauge. This fact reveals that DIC is a practical and effective tool for in-situ dynamic strain measurement. Finally, the full-field in-situ dynamic strain of another specimen is measured by DIC, and the overall distribution of the strain in the measurement area is clearly shown.     

Personalization method of e-catalog based on user interesting degree

The user interesting degree evaluation index is designed to fulfill the users’ real needs, which includes the user’ attention degree of commodity, hot commodity and preferential commodity. User interesting degree model (UIDM) is constructed to justify the value of user interesting degree; the personalization approach is presented; operations of add and delete nodes (branches) are covered in this paper. The improved e-catalog is more satisfied to users’ needs and wants than the former e-catalog which stands for enterprises, and the improved one can complete the recommendation of related products of enterprises.
