列控车载设备随机振动仿真分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对某一列控车载设备的结构进行了动力学仿真分析,首先提取了列控车载设备的模态,并在此基础上进行了基于ASD(Acceleration Spectral Density)的随机振动分析,最后给出结构上的改进方案。通过研究发现,将CAE与产品结构设计相结合,可以提前预测产品的环境适应性、发现设计风险并提出改进方案,因此仿真分析可以缩短产品的开发周期、降低开发成本。  相似文献

针对前轴驱动汽车加速过程中质量转移而使最大驱动力下降的问题,提出了利用主动悬架系统减小汽车车轮动态载荷对其进行改善的方法,并进行了控制系统的设计。模拟分析表明,利用主动悬架系统可以有效地降低前轴驱动汽车由于质量转移而引起的车轮动载荷的改变,是解决加速过程中驱动力下降的一个比较有效的方法。  相似文献

The appearance of a number of large container ships in the 8000 TEU range raises the importance of a plan for container lashing arrangements on deck in relation to the design of the ship. Therefore, it is expected that a new method for evaluating the lashing arrangements on deck will be introduced which is applicable regardless of the ship's size and the lashing pattern, instead of using the standards of several different societies, as happens at present. To evaluate the lashing arrangements on deck, the expected maximum values of the forces acting on the containers and lashing rods should be evaluated. This paper presents a new method of evaluating the container lashing arrangements on a container ship using an "acceleration ellipsoid." The applicability of the acceleration ellipsoid to an evaluation of the expected maximum values of the forces was examined by comparing the expected maximum values of the forces calculated by the long-term distribution calculation known as the "Fukuda method," to those calculated using the acceleration ellipsoid. By comparing these results, it was confirmed that the expected maximum values of the forces calculated using the acceleration ellipsoid were not less than those calculated through by the long-term distribution calculation. It is concluded that the acceleration ellipsoid can be used to evaluate the expected maximum values of the forces acting on containers and lashing rods. Ramp metering has been proven as an effective freeway management strategy; however, the impact of ramp metering on drivers' acceleration behavior has not been fully investigated. A better understanding of acceleration behavior changes with ramp metering is critical to the adequate design of ramp metering facilities. In this study, drivers' speed and acceleration data were collected at two representative metered ramps in Los Angeles, California. The speed and acceleration profiles under meter-on and meter-off scenarios were compared. Statistical results demonstrated that ramp metering affects drivers' acceleration behavior at ramp acceleration lane. It was found that at the metered ramp with short existing acceleration length, the average acceleration rate from ramp meter stop bar to 500 ft downstream under meter-on scenario (4.72 ft./s2) is approximately 40% higher than when meter-off (3.18 ft./s2). The design of acceleration lane length for metered on-ramps should therefore take into account the potential impacts of ramp metering on driver acceleration behavior.  相似文献

The paper evaluates the effectiveness of various traffic calming measures from the perspectives of traffic performance and safety, and environmental and public health impacts. The proposed framework was applied to four calming measures – two types of speed humps, speed tables, and chicanes – to demonstrate its usefulness and applicability. A field experiment using probe vehicles equipped with global positioning system devices was conducted to obtain vehicle trajectory data for use in more realistic simulations. In addition, a recently developed vehicle emissions model was used for more accurate evaluation of environmental and public health impacts. The results show that chicane is better than the other types of traffic calming measures considered, except in terms of vehicle emissions.  相似文献

本文以由纯氢作燃料、采用串联式结构的燃料电池车用研究对象,通过仿真对车辆的部分参数和驾驶循环对车辆的性能影响进行了分析。在所分析的车辆参数中,动力系统效率的提高对车辆能量经济的改善最为有效,其次是车的总质量、空气阻力系数和滚动阻力系数减小的影响。在对原地起步加速特性的影响中,车重的减轻效果最为明显,其次是空气阻力系数和动阻力系数减小的影响。这些结论为燃料电池车动力系统的优化设计提供了依据。  相似文献

本文通过对小型增压柴油机在加速过程中的燃料流量特性的分析,设计出可以任意改变加速过程中燃料流量的实验装置。通过试验和分析,找出了在维持同等加速性能的情况下,可以较大幅度降低排气烟度的燃料流量的特性规律。  相似文献
