公路桥头跳车原因分析及防治措施

从设计、施工、材料三个方面系统地分析了以往引发公路跳车的原因，并针对产生跳车的原因在省道宝平公路工程中提出了相应的设计、施工、材料三个方面的防治措施。     

混凝气浮工艺在高标准、短工期背景下的应用

苏州某污水处理厂现状规模4万m3/d,出水执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A标准.随着苏州地区"三年行动计划"的实施,要求辖区内污水处理厂自2021年1月1日起出水标准按照"苏州特别排放限制"执行.工程难点在于TP的稳定达标(＜0.3 mg/L),且施工工期短、用地紧张.通过比选,采用混凝气浮工艺作为TP深度处理工艺,并介绍了该工艺的原理和核心设计参数,以及投运以来的进出水数据及成本分析.结果表明,TP出水值可以稳定达到0.3 mg/L以下,总水头损失可控制在0.7 m以内,直接运行成本0.076元/m3.采用一体化装置,可实现快速启动、运行.相关经验可供施工周期短、水质要求高的工程参考.     

外环运河综合整治工程施工技术研究

随着时代的进步,工程施工技术取得了快速的发展,施工技术的合理性对于施工进度如期完成,方案的经济合理性有着十分重要的影响.运河是现代社会中交通运输网络不可或缺的要素,与公路建设相比,运河工程必须使每个单位更加重视水上作业安全要求.以外环运河综合整治工程为例,通过对该项目从最开始的工况介绍,再到项目的施工方案设计,施工资源量的计算,施工进度的安排,以及施工的保障进行一整套研究,对于该项目的顺利施工能够起到指导作用.其成果可给同类型的运河治理施工提供可行性的参考依据.     

市政道路标志标线存在的问题及改善措施研究

With the transfer of rural population to cities, the municipal engineering construction is becoming more and more rapid, in which the investment in the urban roads convenient for citizens to travel and transport is increasing year by year. With the increasing frequency of the use of municipal roads, the signings and markings playing the role of warning and indication expose some problems that need to be solved urgently, which seriously affect the function and comfort of municipal roads. Based on a detailed analysis of the existing problems and impacts of the signings and markings of municipal road engineering in China, the targeted improvement measures are proposed to ensure the perfection of the functions of signings and markings and improve the efficiency of vehicle traffic, which escort the safety, convenience and comfort of municipal road engineering.     

在城市建成区的市政桥梁施工过程中桩基避让地下管线的处理方案

在城市建成区新建市政桥梁的过程中,时常发现桥梁桩位处存在勘探资料及图纸未提及的地下管线,或是桥梁基础位置直接与管位重叠,或是桥梁基础施工时可能对既有管线造成多重不利影响等等。若不能及时处理,对工程进度和造价影响很大。通过工程实例,以监理工程师的角度出发来探讨化解这一困局的方法,期望能为在工程中遇到类似情形提供的不同解决方案。

Expertise in decision-making for large infrastructure projects: from UK trunk roads to High Speed Rail 2

At the decision-making stage, a large-scale infrastructure project is essentially a broad concept, and this means the expert analyses will differ from each other and become contested over time, leading to the emergence of rival narratives. It is only where there is a limited range of expert analyses that the bases for decision-making will remain relatively clear-cut. Over time the contested nature of expertise can significantly inhibit the construction of effective narratives, either for or against the project, and also make decision-making more complex and problematic. Decision makers may also seek greater clarification through the construction of narratives that rise above these disputed areas of expertise, and the scientific evidence becomes less important. This paper examines the changing nature of contested expertise through a comparative analysis of political decision-making between UK trunk roads policy and the case of High Speed Rail 2, through the framework of epistemic communities.     

Exploring active transportation investments and associated benefits for municipal budgets: a scoping review

Municipalities play an important role in the planning and development of communities that support active transportation (AT), which refers to human-powered modes of travel, such as walking and cycling. Municipal-level stakeholders involved in land-use and transportation infrastructure planning consider multiple social, environmental and economic considerations to inform decision-making and investments in AT. Evidence around the fiscal benefits of AT investment for local governments has not been systematically identified. This scoping review sought to explore the existing evidence regarding investments in AT and opportunities for savings on municipal expenditures and revenue generation. In total, 7060 records were located and screened; of which 162 full-text articles were reviewed. Ultimately, 23 articles met our inclusion criteria and were included in this review. The available evidence focuses on potential economic benefits of AT in the areas of tax revenues, property values, consumer spending and employment, all of which are relevant sources of revenue generation in municipal operating budgets. An evidence gap was identified regarding AT infrastructure investments and benefits corresponding to municipal expenditures (e.g. maintenance cost savings). Notably, a large portion of literature was published after 2009, suggesting that municipal-level evidence on the fiscal benefits of AT investments may just be emerging.     

综合管廊在中关村西区市政工程中的应用与展望

以中关村西区建设的综合管廊为例,总结并分析了综合管廊在市政工程中的应用与前景。在市政工程设计综合工作中,改变了传统的以重力流管线为主导的设计思路,提出了以管廊为主导,合理确定管廊内部空间分配,充分利用管廊内、外部空间的新思路。通过对重力流管线系统的优化调整,较好地解决了重力流管线与管廊平面位置和高程交叉的矛盾,提出的一些建设性意见均得到了一级土地开发商的认同和有关设计单位的采用。通过对中关村西区建设综合管廊的思考,还对如何发展北京综合管廊事业提出了一些建议。
