15 MW级大型漂浮式风力机运动特性

为了研究不同湍流模型、湍流度及不同风速作用下漂浮式风力机（FOWT）基础的运动特性，以国际能源署（IEA）公开的15MW级大型半潜式浮式风机为研究对象，采用OPENFAST软件对浮式风机进行全耦合时域仿真模拟，对平台的纵荡、纵摇和垂荡运动特性进行研究分析。研究发现：在正常湍流作用下，风速高于额定条件时，平台在压载水主动调节作用下使得纵荡更加稳定，但伴随着风速增大，其对平台纵摇和艏摇的影响越剧烈；在极端湍流作用下，风速低于额定条件时，风机运行效率低，而在高于额定条件时，艏摇运动幅值增大，纵摇和垂荡运动表现得更加稳定。     

不锈钢圆管内湍流摩擦因数研究

针对不锈钢圆管湍流摩擦因数计算存在的问题,在雷诺数为(1~15)×104的范围内,测定了不锈钢圆管的阻力性能,并对其湍流摩擦因数进行计算和分析,在此基础上提出了计算该种不锈钢圆管湍流摩擦因数的经验公式,并与常用的计算光滑圆管湍流摩擦因数的经验公式进行比较。结果表明,提出的经验式计算值与实测值基本一致,平均误差0.606%,最大误差1.256%。     

Experimental study on the width of the turbulent area around bridge pier

At present, the method of calculating the turbulent flow width around the bridge pier is not given in the "Standard for Inland River Navigation" (GB50139-2004) in China, and the bridge designer usually increases the bridge span in order to ensure the navigation safety, which increases both of the structural design difficulty and the project investments. Therefore, it is extremely essential to give a research on the turbulent flow width around the bridge pier. Through the experiments of the fixed bed and the mobile bed, the factors influencing the turbulent flow width around the bridge pier have been analyzed, such as the approaching flow speed, the water depth, the angles between the bridge pier and the flow direction, the sizes of bridge pier, the shapes of the bridge pier, and the scouring around the bridge pier, etc. Through applying the dimension analytic method to the measured data, the formula of calculating the turbulent flow width around the bridge pier is then inferred.     

国外城市生态重建及其对我国城市建设的启示

对当前国外的城市自然保护与生态重建活动作了介绍．城市自然保护包括野生生物生境保护、城市地区湿地及自然景观保护等内容．城市生态重建则主要有生态公园建设、废弃地生态重建、城市扩散廊道体系建设等方面．在此基础上，提出了四点对于我国城市生态建设的启示．     

隧道系统动态稳定性的分析

针对隧道系统演化发展的特点，采用信息扩散的方法对其动态稳定性进行分析，进而给出了判断其稳定状况的相关函数和指标。     

舰船舱室防火与烟雾扩散研究

舰船舱室内火灾的危险性不言而喻，有必要对其过程进行详细研究，以便采取相应措施，降低风险。介绍了一种针对舱室火灾及烟雾扩散的计算方法，即首先对火灾的过程进行数学建模，然后针对不同的燃烧条件进行模拟计算，并辅以实验验证，对火灾作出安全评估。     

减摇鳍的阻力计算

本文利用瑞流基本定理，导出了具有ＮＡＣＡ剖面减摇鳍的阻力计算公式，其计算结果与实验结果相符合。
