PCC-AC路面结构层间力学分析及试验分析

摘    要:PCC-AC路面结构具有充分利用旧混凝土面板、减少环境污染、节约资源且行车舒适等一系列优点。BISAR3.0软件对该结构层间的力学分析和常用中间层材料抗剪及疲劳性能室内试验表明:超载重载对PCC-AC路面结构层间受力影响较大,宜在PCC与AC层之间设置0.5~1.5cm厚中间层材料;橡胶沥青碎石封层的抗剪强度与疲劳性能最优。

Abstract:PCC-AC pavement structure has a series of advantages as full use of the old concrete slab, environmental pollution reduction, natural resources conservation, comfort driving, and so on. This paper analyzes interlaminar mechanics between layers by using BISAR3.0, and through laboratory experiments studies the shear and fatigue properties of the commonly used interlayer material. The results shows that the overload has great impact on PCC-AC pavement layer force, it is suitable to set up 0.5~1.5cm thick intermediate layer material between the PCC and AC layers; the shear strength and fatigue properties of rubber asphalt gravel sealing layer is optimal.
