摘    要:近年来在对微孢子虫的常规光镜、血清学和分子生物学检测方法、化学药物治疗感病家蚕及蚕种检测的抽样方案等方面,发展和改进了一系列对该病的检测和治疗技术,推动了蚕业生产的发展.文中对该领域今后的发展前景作了初步论述.

Advances in the study and applications on the detection and prevention methods of the Nosema bombycis illness in China

Abstract:The illness of Nosema bombycis Nageli is a devastating disease during the sericuhure production. In recent years, a series of new techniques for detecting and combating the illness have been developed in many aspects, including conventional light microscopy detection, serological and molecular biological detection, chemical treatment for susceptible silkworm, inspection and sampling scheme for silkworm eggs production. The techniques promote the development of sericulture production obviously. A preliminary evaluation about the future development prospects in this field was given in the paper.
