柴油机选择性催化还原后处理系统建模

摘    要:采用计算流体动力学(CFD)与化学反应动力学结合的方法,建立了柴油机尿素选择性催化还原排气后处理系统的三维数值模型,包括尿素水溶液蒸发及热解、催化还原化学反应等过程。在该模型基础上计算研究了1600r/min不同负荷(33%,49%,72%,100%)条件下SCR后处理系统的特性。结果表明模拟与试验结果吻合较好。通过不同结构形式的对比计算,提出了该系统的改进方案。

Abstract:A modeling approach to design optimization of selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system with the aid of CFD coupled with chemical reaction dynamics was present including evaporation of urea-water-solution, subsequent thermal decomposition and surface catalytic reactions in the monolith. The performance of SCR system under different loads (33%, 49%, 72%, 100% load) at 1600 r/min were investigated base on the model. The simulation results showed a good agreement with test bench results. The SCR systems with different structures were evaluated by calculating, and an improvement measure was put forward.
