根据IMO关于国际散装运输危险化学品船舶结构和设备规范,针对化学品船高温货品运输的特殊要求,设计了化学品船货品温度监控系统.系统采用了DCS结构、PLC控制技术和双循环系统.该温度监控系统可以解决危险化学品运输和装卸的安全防护问题,是对新一代化学品船关键技术的有益探索.  相似文献

针对大型复合驱动耙吸挖泥船的特点和控制功能需求,提出了大型复合驱动耙吸挖泥船集成控制系统的总体设计方案。在硬件配置上,系统上层采用由服务器和客户机组成的以太网,下层采用西门子PLC组成控制网络,实现对底层设备的监控。在软件上,上层计算机监控软件采用vc++开发的面向对象的监控软件,实现上层的监控管理功能;PLC控制程序采用西门子STEP7编写的控制程序,实现了对全船设备的监控。该集成监控系统方案已成功应用于国内某舱容超过10000m3的大型复合驱动耙吸挖泥船,集成监控系统总体运行稳定,满足船舶的控制功能要求。  相似文献

基于无线接入技术,开展了中小型LNG新能源动力船安保监测及控制系统的研究与设计。该系统主要应用于柴油-LNG双燃料动力船,可以实现对所涉及到的监测点数据的采集,并通过可编程逻辑控制器PLC、GPRS无线通讯模块进行集中处理,输出并控制各个气体燃料阀组,确保各个双燃料发动机的安全运行,同时还可以通过无线网络实现远程监控、远程系统维修,较好地发挥出船舶运行的安全性和经济性。  相似文献

在船舶电力监控系统中采用智能化的PLC监控方案,能够显著提升电力系统的安全性能,同时有利于改善船员的劳动强度,避免了人为的操作失误。本文首先对船舶电力系统的主要功能进行介绍,并结合实际情况,对电力监控过程中遇到的问题进行分析。然后结合先进的PLC单片机,设计电力监控系统的硬件实现电路,采用该西门子S7000-PLC主控单元的电力监控器,能够将电网中的电压波动范围控制在非常微小的范围内,能够主动根据电气设备的用电需求,对电站的电机进行负载控制,提升电网的稳定性。本文还借助粒子群优化算法,设计软件控制流程,极大简化监控系统的操作复杂程度。  相似文献

采矿船于船舯处有大开口月池贯穿船底用于矿物开采,并且月池前后均匀分布4个矿物储存舱,采矿船兼有矿砂船和钻井船的共性。矿砂船横剖面形式采用方形截面设计,便于舱内矿物海上输入输出转运作业。舱段有限元相对于全船有限元更加方便快捷,航行状态下采矿船内、外载荷与矿砂船类似。因此对于航行状态,该文按照CCS船舶规范,从结构型式、模型范围、工况选取及参数设置等方面考量,并应用CCS-HCSR-TOOLS软件进行舱段有限元强度分析;根据计算分析结果得出采矿船前期设计需要特别关注的区域,为采矿船结构设计和强度分析提供思路和方向。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
