To predict the attitude of satellite during the whole deployment process and evaluate the lockingimpact, a numerical flexible model of a certain satellite associated with four flexible honeycomb solar panelswas established. The flexible solar panel was modeled by the finite element analysis (FEA), and the motionequations were derived by Lagrangian formulation. The locking process was based on the method of Hertziancontact, which enables one to predict the locking impact on the satellite and the subsequent oscillation of solarpanels. The results reveal that locking operation has great impact on the attitude of the satelhte, and theangular acceleration of satellite reaches 22.03 °/s2 at the locking moment; the flexible solar panels model isfeasible to predict the accurate response of the satelhte during deployment and the oscillation of solar panels;the instantly impulsive force occurred during locking process is about 1.5 kN and the changing time is nearly0.32 s. It provides an effective approach to present the flexible solar panels' deployment process and evaluatethe locking impact.  相似文献

An analysis of WLAN security mechanisms of wired equivalent privacy (WEP) and Wi-Fi protected access (WPA) discovers that the current literature is not totally creditable in its judgment on the security value of WEP and WPA.Based on the respective performances of WEP and WPA under certain typical attacks,this paper substantiates the judgment that WEP has quite a few vulnerabilities concerning confidentiality and integrity,but at the same time challenges the judgment on WPA with that WPA is robust enough to confront potential typical attacks and is not so unreliable as the current literature believes,although it has some vulnerabilities in its message integrity code (MIC).  相似文献

The methodology for modeling no-frost refrigerator is described based on the component models developed in Part I, and then, system simulation is applied to a BCD-235W refrigerator-freezer (RF). Experiments are carried out to study “pull-down” and steady-state performance of the RF, and to determine how the experiment and simulation temperature stack up against each other. Good match is found between simulated and measured results for the “pull-down” period. For the steady-state period, the simulation results are also found to agree well with experiment ones except for the temperature profiles of the refrigerator compartment (RC) and freezer compartment (FC). The average temperature and the energy consumption errors between measurement and simulation are less than 10%. Although the model can not reflect the non-uniform air temperature fields in the RC and FC, the variation range and periodicities of the temperature correlate well between the simulation and experiment. We conclude that such a model is valid for investigating the performance of no-frost refrigerator.   相似文献

Porous poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF)/poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) blend five-bore hollow fiber membranes are prepared by wet phase inversion methods. In spinning these PVDF hollow fibers, N, N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc) and polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) are used as the solvent and the non-solvent additive, respectively. The external coagulant uses water. The internal coagulants use water and DMAc-water solutions. The membranes are characterized in terms of water flux and molecular weight cut-off for the wet membranes. The cross-sectional structures are examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The effects of polymer concentration and the internal coagulant on the permeation properties and membrane structures are examined keeping the bore liquid flow and air-gap constants. Relative high flux, rejection and strengh PVDF five-bore hollow fiber membranes could be prepared from the polymer concentration in dope solution at 17% of mass fraction, the air gap distance of 14 cm, and using 10% of mass fraction of DMAc solution as the internal coagulant at 13mL/min of flow.  相似文献

The solidification paths of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloys and its precipitation behavior are analyzed using software package JMatPro 6.0 for material property simulation of Al-base alloys. The microstructures of the experimental alloys are analyzed; the experimental results of microstructural analysis are in agreement with the thermodynamic prediction. Through orthogonal experimental method, this paper designs the composition of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloys by studying the variation of ?? (MgZn2) phase, S (Al2CuMg) phase, T (AlZnMgCu) phase amount and precipitation temperatures with different Zn, Mg and Cu contents. It is found that with the optimum mass fraction of Zn of 6.7%, Mg of 2.2%?C2.5% and Cu of 1.6%?C2.0%, the mass fraction of ?? phase can be up to 8.7%?C9.22% and that of S phase and T phase can be lower than 0.5%.  相似文献

Novel hybrid Cu matrix composites reinforced by graphite (Gr) particle with volume fraction of 5%?C15% and nano-SiC particle (nano-SiCp) with volume fraction of 3% have been prepared by powder metallurgy. The results show that Gr and nano-SiCp distribute uniformly in the Cu matrix. With increasing the volume fraction of Gr, the tensile strength of the composites decreases from 114 to 51MPa and the elastic modulus decreases from 75 to 60GPa. Compared with the sintered composites, the tensile properties including elastic modulus, tensile strength, yield strength and tensile elongation of the hot-extruded (nano-SiCp+Gr)/Cu composites are improved greatly due to higher relative density of the composites and more uniform distribution of Gr and nano-SiCp, in addition to finer grain size of the matrix as a result of dynamic recovery and recrystallization which occur during hot extrusion process.  相似文献

The processing parameters and refining mechanism of Mg-Al alloy treated with a newly developed carbon inoculant under different conditions were investigated experimentally in this work. Results show that the finest ??-Mg grain in AZ91D alloy can be obtained after processing at about 740°C, and the average grain size of ??-Mg grain decreases from about 180.4 to 85.6 ??m by adding mass fraction w in = 1% inoculant into melt. However, no evident refinement was achieved with excessive inoculant for Mn-free Mg-9Al alloy. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) photo, energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) analysis on the Mn-contained intermediate phase and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) results indicate that Mn element plays an important role in the heterogeneous nucleation of ??-Mg grain. In the early stage of solidification, Al-Mn-C compound particles formed on the surface of Al4C3 nano-particles should be the potential nuclei for primary ??-Mg and probably responsible for the grain refinement achieved in the carbon inoculation process.  相似文献

Oil-based nanofluids including 0.75%—1.75%(mass fraction) carbon nanotubes(CNTs) without any surfactants have been synthesized by a two-step process. The probes machined from 45~# steel with 22 mm diameter and 50 mm length are quenched in the as-synthesized CNT nanofluids for testing the cooling behaviors of the nanofluids. The laser diffraction particle size analyzer, scanning electronic microscope(SEM), X-ray diffractometer and transmission electron microscope(TEM) are used to characterize the quality and distribution of CNTs in the nanofluids. The wettability and viscosity of 30~# oil and oil-based CNT nanofluids are measured by a goniometer at 15℃ and a rotational type viscometer at 40℃, respectively. The results show that the cooling efficiency of the oil-based CNT nanofluids is better than that of 30~# oil. Moreover, the cooling rate of the naonofluids increases with the further increase of the CNT concentration. When the mass fraction of CNTs increases to 1.75%, the cooling rate of the naonofluids reaches a maximum at 760℃ and it is increased by 77.8% as compared to that of base oil. The improved cooling rate of oil by CNTs is mainly due to the uniform distribution and excellent thermal conductivity of CNTs.  相似文献

This paper summed up the characteristics of native arteriovenous fistulas (AVFs) in maintenance hemodialysis patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy (DN) in Chinese hemodialysis centers. A survey was conducted on AVF in maintenance hemodialysis patients with type 2 DN. A total of 224 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients were included in this study, among which, 65 cases in DN group, 33 cases in diabetes mellitus (DM) group and 126 cases in non-diabetic control (C) group. Hemoglobin, albumin, blood urea nitrogen, parathyroid hormone and calcium-phosphate product of the three groups of patients were not significantly different. Glycated hemoglobin A1c of DN group and DM group was not significant different. AVF life of (28.7 ± 10.0) months in DN group was significantly shorter than that of (36.5 ± 19.4) months in C group (statistic probability P <0.01), and AVF life of (32.5 ± 10.1) months in DM group (P <0.05) was also shorter than that in C group, while there was no significant difference in AVF life between DN group and DM group. Proportion of upper arm fistula in DN patients (11/65) was significantly higher than that in C group (6/123, P < 0.01). Life of AVF in patients with DN was relatively short, with more times of angioplasty and greater possibility of selecting upper arm internal fistula.  相似文献

The effects of several fluxes on purification, microstructures and properties of A00 aluminum have been studied. The experimental results and analyses indicate that many cracks and large porosities exist in the surface film above the melt purified by C2Cl6 and that the film is floc and mostly composed of Al2O3 and pure aluminum, which carries many carbon particles and AlCl3 not fully volatilized. And then over 50% (mass fraction) of the all-melting residue is pure aluminum, which is one of the major reasons for high melting loss. Moreover, because of a mass of gas bubbles and a state of seethe, there are many inclusions which size is under 10 ??m in the microstructure of A00 aluminum purified with C2Cl6 or fluxes containing C2Cl6. With this purifying method, the aluminum crystal grains are extended along the radius that was observed firstly and the average crystal size of A00 aluminum are about 100?C150 ??m. In addition, small size inclusions have little affected on tensile strength and micro inclusions under 10 ??m have little affected on elongation.  相似文献

报道了制备较高纯度有机电致发光材料8-羟基喹啉铝(Alq3)及其微晶的方法;通过X射线衍射谱(XRD)、红外吸收光谱、荧光光谱及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)测试分析,对Alq3微晶的结构和特性进行了表征。XRD证实了微晶主要成份为α-Alq3,并含有少量δ-Alq3;红外吸收光谱显示,Al-N键的伸缩振动模式对应谱峰407 cm-1,418 cm-1处,Al-O键的伸缩振动模式对应谱峰523 cm-1,542 cm-1,548 cm-1处,说明晶体中N、O分别与Al3+发生了配位,标定了微晶中喹啉环的存在;荧光光谱检测得到Alq3微晶在固态、(氯仿)溶液中的荧光发射谱峰分别位于500 nm、512 nm处;通过SEM观测了Alq3微晶的形貌,分析得到Alq3晶粒呈现六方形结构。  相似文献

A new approach,mass injection near the slat cusp,is proposed for the suppression of slat noise.The mechanism and efciency of the slat noise suppression using upstream mass injection are numerically studied with hybrid Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes simulation/Large eddy simulation(RANS/LES)of a three-component high-lift model.Ffowcs-Williams and Hawking(FW-H)integration is employed to obtain far-field acoustic characteristics.Results show that with injection,aerodynamic capability of the high-lift devices is sustained.In addition,a considerable noise reduction is observed in the downward direction.With detailed analysis of the time-averaged and instantaneous flow fields,two mechanisms are identified as the reason accounting for the noise suppression:upstream mass injection significantly reduces the scale and strength of the vortices stemming from the cusp;the shear layer is lifted up,which relieves the shear layer impingement on the slat lower surface.  相似文献

A method of transmission and monitoring in local area network (LAN) for the welding seam video information of binocular vision welding robot is proposed. This paper uses MPEG-4 video CODEC functions of DivX, video for Windows (VFW) video capture technology, multi-threaded network communication idea and WinSock Socket in Visual C++ 6.0. In the end, client/server (C/S) communication model based on TCP/IP protocol has been developed. Experimental results show that the method can achieve the multiple welding seam video??s real-time transmission in LAN. Moreover, the Canny operator is used to realize the edge feature extraction of the seam image which is captured by the client, so that the edge of the seam extracted is continuous and clear.  相似文献
