以中国目前高速公路普遍应用的速度控制设施为研究对象,分别选取了限速标志、摄像头、横向减速标线3种速度控制设施,在综合交通事故数据分析的基础上,对3种限速设施的上、下游交通流的大、小车运行速度、运行速度标准差、20 km·h~(-1)速度差幅度车辆比例进行对比分析;通过对前、后车辆速度变化的显著性检验分析,研究了道路线形几何特点、交通流构成、交通流速度、限速方法与速度控制设施对车辆运行速度的影响。结果表明:监控摄像头对驾驶员遵守限速行车有显著影响;限速标志与道路警告标志联合设置的效果显著优于限速标志单独设置;上述3种限速设施的实施效果均限于一定的范围内。 相似文献

为了合理确定高速公路夜间最高车速限制值,保障高速公路夜间行车安全,进行了驾驶人夜间距离识别与车速感知试验研究.分析了行驶速度、平曲线半径和纵坡坡度对高速公路驾驶人夜间识别距离与感知速度的量化影响,并建立了高速公路驾驶人夜间识别距离模型与感知速度模型.基于驾驶人夜间识别距离与反应制动距离间的安全行驶判别条件及驾驶人夜间感知速度模型,给出了高速公路夜间最高理论限速值与修正限速值的确定方法,并进行实际案例分析.研究结果表明:驾驶人夜间识别距离与行驶速度呈负线性相关,与平曲线半径呈正对数相关,与公路纵坡坡度呈负指数相关;驾驶人夜间感知速度与纵坡坡度无关,与实际行驶速度呈正线性相关,与平曲线半径呈负对数相关. 相似文献

针对目前中国对运行速度概念存在的一些误解,通过现场采集的车辆运行速度分布数据,解析和讨论了运行速度的明确定义。对中美公路车辆运行速度分布、运行速度统计值进行对比分析,并对中美驾驶员对限速值的遵守情况与限速值的调查问卷统计结果进行了对比分析;探寻了中国大、小车运行速度差大于美国的根源,并进一步探讨速度差与事故率,以及速度差与事故严重程度的相关性。结果表明:限速值需要综合考虑运行速度、设计速度与其他因素;为了增进中国公路的行车安全,建议在条件允许的情况下,实施分车道对大、小车分别限速。 相似文献

为研究路网限速标志限速的合理性,基于限速与运行速度及设计速度的关系,将速度一致性的概念引入限速标志限速合理性的研究中,运用主成分分析法获取限速一致性的综合评估指标。同时,以江苏省高速公路与高速公路衔接道路上的限速标志设置为例,对文中提出的方法予以分析验证。结果显示,该方法对于限速标志合理性的判断具有较好的效果。 相似文献

Speed is at the core of the road safety problem and speed management is a tool for road safety. Speed limits that are more credible are supposed to encourage drivers to comply with speed limits, with consequent benefits for road safety. Credible speed limit has been found to be affected by the features of the road surroundings in previous research. This study investigated, by using a questionnaire, whether or not the current legal speed limit is credible on a variety of current UK road environments and what the difference is between the proposed speed limit and the chosen, self-reported driving speed. The survey result revealed that road layout and the roadside environment affected the intrinsic perception of choice of speed and speed limit. Chosen speed limit and proposed speed are not identical but are related with each other. The higher the speed limit drivers perceived, the higher speed they tended to drive. 相似文献

速度控制类交通标志包括限制速度标志和建议速度标志,它是非常重要的交通管理手段,并且在我国很多地方均得到广泛应用。前置距离是决定速度控制类标志设置是否科学、有效的重要条件,然而国内外对于这一前置距离的研究较少,提出的计算方法不够精确。基于驾驶员视认与驾驶操作特性,根据驾驶员减速操作曲线及视认距离模型推出了速度控制类标志前置距离计算模型,根据这一模型提出了速度控制类标志前置距离参照表。同时,给出了实际设置工作中具体设计方法的建议。 相似文献

The development of mobile phone applications that provide speed limit advice and warnings offers opportunities for use of the technology in the improvement of driver safety. This paper looks at the effect of an advisory Intelligent Speed Assistance (ISA) application on driver speeding behaviour. Twenty participants (all males within the age range of 35–60 years) completed a within-group experimental design. Participants drove in real traffic on a 46 km test route which incorporated three-speed limits zones (50 km/h, 60 km/h, and 80 km/h speed limits) and aggregated into 10 different segments. Compared with baseline levels, possible impacts of ISA system functionalities on driver behaviour were studied through appropriate metrics including cumulative speed distribution, mean speed, speed deviation, 85th percentile speed, percentage distanced travelled above the speed limit, and safety benefit estimation. Results indicated the use of the ISA application led to significant improvement in speed limit compliance particularly in the 60 km/h and 80 km/h zones where speeding was eliminated. There were no observed negative effects on driver speeding behaviour from the use of the system. In general, the findings suggest the use of the ISA system, resulted in the adoption of vehicle speeds that are likely to improve road safety. 相似文献

The first field experiment with intelligent speed adaptation (ISA) in Malaysia was held in December 2010 in the State of Penang. Eleven private cars were instrumented with an advisory system. The system used in the present study included a vocal warning message and a visual text message that is activated when the driver attempts to exceed the speed limit. When the driver decreases the speed, the warning stops; otherwise it is continuously repeated. The test drivers drove the vehicles for three months with the installed system, and the speed was continuously logged in all vehicles. The warning was however only activated in the second month of the three month period. The present study aimed to evaluate the effects of an advisory ISA on driving speed, traffic safety, and drivers' attitude, behavior, and acceptance of the system. To examine these effects, both the survey and the logged speed data were analyzed and explored. The results show a significant reduction in the mean, maximum and 85th percentile speed due to the use of the system. However, there was no long-lasting effect on the speed when the system was deactivated. In the post-trial survey, drivers declared that the system helped them well in following the speed limits and that it assisted them in driving more comfortably. Furthermore, the warning method was more accepted compared to a supportive system, such as active accelerator pedal (AAP). After the trial, most drivers were willing to keep an ISA system. 相似文献
