为计算700t自航起重船在各种载荷工况下的强度,依据相关的船舶法规,根据设计图中的结构尺寸,利用MSC/PATRAN建立了起重船主船体及千斤柱的有限元模型,给出了外载荷的计算方法和边界条件的施加方法,应用MSC/NASTRAN对4种工况下起重船的强度进行了分析,计算给出了船体及千斤柱的应力分布及最大应力出现的部位,并对计算结果进行了校核,结果表明结构强度满足强度要求。通过有限元分析得到的结论可用于指导起重船的结构设计与优化。  相似文献

本文通过对4590车位汽车运输船实船结构设计的介绍,初步探讨阳汽车运输船结构强度中存在的问题及其解决方法。其中包括初步设计时船体静水弯矩确定,纵向构件的局部载荷取法、船体骨架形式的选定、高强度钢应用、车辆甲板桁材系统设计以及风管处甲板开口的加强等。本文还着重介绍了一种船体处于歪斜状态下的疲劳问题的简化计算方法、供船体结构初步设计时应用。  相似文献

高速气垫船对船体结构重量控制严格,而合理确定作用于船体的波浪载荷是结构设计、优化和安全性评估的基础。本文在气垫船船体结构受力特点分析的基础上,采用“分段船模”模型试验方法对目标气垫船开展了波浪载荷预报研究,重点解决了试验模型垫升系统动力特征相似、重量控制等关键问题。试验结果能反映目标气垫船围裙气垫的响应特点,说明所用分段船模试验方法预报气垫船运动与载荷的结果可信。基于此,对目标气垫船波浪载荷设计值的规范计算结果表明,给定的载荷规范计算方法可为气垫船结构设计提供参考。  相似文献

针对船体结构设计和优化过程中载荷、强度等数据置信度不高的问题,提出了基于整体结构的船体结构有限元分析方法。以35 m水面清洁船为例,采用虚梁法对其甲板货物进行参数模拟,并基于波浪诱导载荷完成了船体三个剖面载荷参考点的选取和该船的参数计算,并在此基础上实现全船的结构强度评估。  相似文献

极地船舶与海洋工程结构在营运过程中会遭受到浮冰多次冲击、直升机重复着降以及供应船停靠等反复碰撞载荷,在这些反复碰撞载荷作用下船体结构会产生累积的塑性变形,这将会严重危害冰区船舶与海洋工程结构的使用性能和安全性能.本文主要从试验方法、数值方法和理论方法三个方面对反复碰撞载荷下船体结构塑性动态响应研究进展进行综述,对船体结构在反复碰撞载荷下的力学机理进行总结,对反复碰撞载荷下船体结构的伪安定现象是否发生进行了讨论.此外,本文针对一些反复碰撞问题的实际工程背景,总结了一些设计公式以及设计图谱,从而给极地船舶与海洋工程结构设计提供参考.  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
