沿海集装箱港区单向航道服务水平研究   总被引:3,自引:2,他引:1  
提出沿海航道服务水平和航道利用率的概念来确定集装箱港区单向航道扩建时机.首先分析航道服务水平的影响因素,并建立对应仿真模型,得到不同通航历时下的泊位数与航道利用率曲线;利用数学方法分析泊位数与航道利用率的关系;最后基于航道利用率划分服务水平等级,确定航道扩建时机.实例证明,基于航道利用率的航道服务水平可用于确定扩建时机,并对其他专业化港区有一定借鉴作用.  相似文献

目前,在港口规划建设或者码头泊位的技术改造过程中,我国的设计人员或者工程技术人员计算最佳泊位利用率时,一般按照交通部的《港口工程技术规范》确定取值范围来取值,或者取0.58这个折衷值,而没有提出一个具体的计算方法。本文从港、航、货三方整体费用最低的角度出发,提出一个直观、明确的港口泊位利用率的计算方法,在港口的规划、建设和生产管理中具有重要的意义。  相似文献

随着港口现代化与船舶大型化的发展,沿海集装箱港区的泊位装卸效率也在迅速提高,单线航道利用率也受到了影响。基于计算机仿真技术,建立沿海集装箱港区船舶进出港作业系统仿真模型,着重研究泊位装卸效率对单线航道利用率的影响规律,为港口规划和建设决策提供参考。研究结果表明:提升泊位装卸效率可提高单线航道利用率,港区在提升泊位装卸效率来增加港口通过能力的同时,要兼顾其对航道利用率的影响,否则将会导致航道利用率过高,造成航道拥堵,降低航道服务水平等级。对于实例中的港区规模,建议装卸效率提升幅度不宜超过13%。  相似文献

针对目前国内LNG接卸码头通过能力距国际先进水平尚存一定差距的情况,通过分析某LNG码头统计数据,确定国内LNG码头接卸能力的主要影响因素为航道水深限制(乘潮)和夜间靠泊限制等航道管理约束条件,并据此确定4种模拟工况。利用仿真软件,模拟各工况下船舶进港到离港各环节,得到各工况不同泊位利用率下的通过能力和等待时间。通过分析模拟结果,指出了影响国内LNG码头通过能力的最大因素、合理的LNG泊位利用率、Q-Flex型及以上LNG码头通过能力,为LNG码头建设和管理提供参考。  相似文献

基于对环渤海地区天然气消费现状和供应格局的分析,指出环渤海地区海运进口液化天然气(LNG)在冬季需求集中、LNG泊位淡旺季利用不均衡等运输特点。根据区域LNG运输特点和现状泊位利用率情况,进一步分淡、旺季对LNG泊位利用率进行了细化研究。结合沿海LNG船型发展现状及发展趋势,对LNG泊位通过能力计算参数进行设计。在此基础上测算出近中期环渤海地区LNG接收站泊位通过能力达500万~550万t较为合理,并提出未来泊位能力挖潜方向。研究结论可对区域LNG相关港口规划和设计工作提供参考依据。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
