紧凑型扭杆弹簧悬架是普及型轿车中采用的一种主要的悬架结构形式。它属于纵臂式悬架,只能用于后轮,且不能用于转向轮,因此其定位参数只有车轮前束和外倾角两种。决定后轮定位参数的主要是与纵摆臂中制动鼓定位销轴空间有关的轴和孔的加工精度。对其几何模型和力学模型进行了分析,给出了该悬架车轮定位参数的计算方法,并以某车型为例进行了对比计算。 相似文献

在全地形履带车辆中,体积小、重量轻的橡胶扭力轴套悬架逐渐取代了扭杆等传统悬架形式,其中扭转刚度特性是车辆减振性能的关键。针对橡胶扭力轴套中扭转刚度特性设计缺乏的问题,从线性和非线性两种情况,分别依据扭杆悬架、单双气室油气悬架的刚度特性,推导了等效扭转刚度特性下的扭力轴套扭转刚度模型。基于全地形车动力学模型进行了仿真,通过平顺性指标对不同的扭转刚度特性进行了评价。仿真结果表明,依据单气室油气悬架刚度特性设计的扭转刚度模型具有较好的平顺性表现。扭力轴套扭转刚度的研究为全地形车橡胶扭力轴套刚度特性的设计提供了理论依据。 相似文献

针对车辆动力学实时仿真的要求提出一种新的悬架建模方法。将悬架系统视为车身与车轮之间的无质量复合约束,利用悬架杆系的多体运动学模型和准动力学模型来分析悬架系统的运动和力学传动特性,从而悬架动力学问题简化为代数方程组的求解。与基于侧倾/力矩中心理论建立的等交悬架模型相比,该方法可分析悬架杆系内部作用力,并能更准确地描述悬架在水平方向的约束作用;与应用传统多体动力学理论建立的模型相比,该方法解决了仿真实时性的问题。基于这种方法建立了国产某轿车麦弗逊式悬架模型,并将仿真结果和道路试验及ADAMS仿真结果进行了对比,有较好的一致性。 相似文献

In this paper, equivalent modelling methods of a multi-axle vehicle are presented and compared. Firstly, for the sake of comparison, a single-track model of a three-axle and a two-axle vehicle is developed, and then existing equivalent modelling derivations are presented and discussed. Next, the proposed model-based dynamic equivalence of force/moment at the centre of gravity (CG) is introduced and optimised. It represents the approximately equivalent steady-state and transient response of the yaw rate and side slip angle, which allows different cornering stiffness on the central and rear axle. Finally, to demonstrate how the proposed method is advantageous to the other equivalent models available in the literature, different simulation cases are compared in the dimension of time-domain, eigenvalues characteristics and frequency-domain. 为分析扭转梁C特性对稳态转向性能的影响,文章以模态综合法建立了某乘用车扭转梁后悬柔性模型,对建立的原型车进行侧向力C特性仿真,与对标车进行对比发现仿真与试验值存大较大差异,且侧向力前束特性存在较大的过度转向趋势.通过优化安装衬套的刚度使得原型车与试验结果吻合,最后对整车进行稳态回转仿真发现,负的前束侧向力特性不利于转向,优化后的模型提高了整车不足转向. 相似文献

ABSTRACTThe equivalent spring and damper are often used to simplify the dynamic analysis of a nonlinear full-vehicle model. Clearly, those rates are strongly influenced by the kinematics of a suspension mechanism. This paper presents a new approach to the identification of the equivalent suspension and damping rates. The suspension is considered as a 1-degree-of-freedom (DOF) spatial parallel mechanism. The instantaneous kinestatic relations of the 1-DOF spatial parallel mechanism can be described using the theory of screws. The process of identification of the rates involves three steps: first, the joint positions of the suspension are found from the displacement analysis of the suspension mechanism. Second, the motion of each wheel of four suspension mechanisms is represented by the corresponding instantaneous screw at any instant. Third, the equivalent suspension and damping rates are determined from the kinestatic relations of the instantaneous screw. These rates are used for the dynamic analysis of the nonlinear full-vehicle model consisting of two pairs of the front (double-wishbone) and rear (multi-link) suspensions. In the scope of the European Prometheus project a passenger car with active rear wheel steering was developed by TNO in cooperation with PSA. During development and engineering of the rear wheel steering system simulation tools have been used to reduce development costs. This paper describes the evaluation of different simulation models, from simple to complex, with results of full vehicle driving tests. The optimal balance for model complexity and accuracy was achieved with a 2-dimensional model with an added roll degree of freedom. The results show that validation using time responses can give ambiguous and inaccurate results, and that frequency response functions are much more usable in validation. 相似文献
