港口轨行式设备抗风防滑能力检测方法

提出一种自锁模块化风力检测试验平台和方法,通过自锁功能将试验平台固定在待测设备轨道上以作为风载模拟装置的支承,采用液压加载方式模拟各类风载,通过测量所得的港口设备产生位移的风载模拟器输出力,即可得到港口设备抗风防滑能力。试验结果表明:该方法能够模拟并预测港口轨行式设备在不同风力下的防风性能,且该装置采用模块化设计,拆装方便,便于在现场对不同设备进行检测。     

光电侦察装备对抗效能评估研究

从光电侦察装备对抗活动人手,结合光电对抗战场环境,建立了光电侦察装备对抗能力指标体系.以效能分析理论为依据,针对影响光电侦察装备对抗效能的因素,采取WSEIAC模型对光电侦察装备对抗效能进行了评估分析,并通过实例分析验证了模型的可行性和合理性,对提高光电侦察装备的对抗效能,充分发挥光电侦察装备的侦察能力具有参考价值.     

外国海军装备采办制度研究

分析外军主要是美军的海军装备采办制度及各部门的主要职责,介绍海军装备采购的主要方法,总结其先进经验与做法,提出完善我海军装备采办体系的建议.
