国际海事组织对船机排放废气中NOX含量控制提出TierⅢ标准,机内净化技术已很难满足标准要求,排气后处理SCR技术逐步成为研究热点。本文基于计算流体力学(CFD)基本理论,结合船机排放气体的特点提出船机排气计算方法。针对船舶管路布置,分析船机SCR系统的流体运动特点及形成原因,为进一步掌握船机SCR系统提供理论依据。  相似文献

国际海事组织2008年10月批准了MARPOL附则Ⅵ的修正案,对NOX的排放实施严格限制,航运企业面临严峻的考验。通过对SCR(选择性催化还原)技术在船舶柴油机尾气处理工作原理的阐述,针对四冲程柴油机和二冲程柴油机的SCR系统结构不同,详细分析了SCR系统的工作流程和减排效果,并指出SCR技术的优点及必须重视的问题,预测分析了船舶柴油机应用SCR技术的前景。SCR系统可有效降低船舶NOX的排放量,并满足相关公约的要求,该技术配置在远洋船舶具有较好的应用前景。  相似文献

针对某船用柴油机,在D2试验循环模式下进行原机和加装SCR系统后的性能对比试验,分析SCR反应器在无尿素喷射时对柴油机排气特性和经济性的影响,同时还分析按氮氨比为1∶1进行尿素喷射时SCR系统的工作性能。试验结果表明:柴油机安装SCR系统后,排气背压和排气温度均有所上升;经济性略有下降,额定工况下降低幅度在1%左右;虽然增压器后NOX排气浓度增大,但NOX质量流量下降幅度较大,额定工况下降幅度为12.3%,尿素基本喷射量标定计算应以加装SCR反应器后的柴油机排气参数为依据;NOX加权比排放由原机的12.63 g/k Wh降低到11.52 g/k Wh,降低了8.7%。按氮氨比为1∶1的比例进行尿素喷射时,SCR系统能满足Tire III的NOX排放限值要求。研究结果可为SCR系统设计和尿素喷射量的标定提供一定的指导依据。  相似文献

选择性催化还原技术(selective catalytic reduction)是一种柴油机尾气排放后处理技术。针对船舶柴油机SCR系统非线性、难以建模以及难以控制的特点,分析系统内部的化学反应,根据能量和质量守恒确定各状态量满足的微分方程,建立SCR系统数学模型,并验证其特性。为了实现SCR系统的控制目标,即保证NH3逃逸量不超过限定值的前提下,尽可能提高NOX转化率,以NH3逃逸量为约束输出,NOX出口浓度为控制输出,氨喷射量为控制变量,设计了非线性模型预测控制器,实时计算系统所需尿素喷射量。实验仿真表明了非线性模型预测控制器的有效性,稳态工况和瞬态工况下NOX转化率分别达到了93.803%和91.760%,NH3逃逸量均低于10ppm ,满足Tier III标准对船舶柴油机尾气氮氧化物排放的限制。  相似文献

随着国际海事组织(IMO)标准Tier III标准的实施,船舶柴油机尾气中的氮氧化物(NOx)的排放受到了更严格的限制。选择性催化还原脱硝技术因其高效、可靠等优势成为船舶柴油机NOx减排的主要选择。本文先根据SCR反应机理在MATLAB中搭建一级SCR脱硝系统和二级SCR脱硝系统模型,通过仿真结果对比,发现加入二级脱硝系统后,脱硝率可以得到提高。鉴于BP网络预测精度较低,本文将粒子群(PSO)算法加入到BP权值训练过程中,利用PSO-BP 神经网络预测 SCR-DeNOX系统出口处NOX浓度。结果表明:PSO-BP 神经网络不但可以预测SCR-DeNOX系统出口处的NOX浓度,而且与传统BP 神经网络相比可以提高预测结果的精度,为有效控制喷氨量、降低氨气逃逸量提供帮助。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
