水火弯板是目前船舶建造中普遍采用的曲型外板加工方法,由于机理复杂,其加工过程参数确定往往依赖于工人的加工经验,难以实现标准化和规范化。文章提出基于遗传算法(GA)和支持向量机(SVM)的水火弯板焰道布置优化方法,以成形曲面和设计曲面之间的形状误差最小为优化目标,将焰道布置优化问题分解成计算最小形状误差和搜寻最佳匹配位置两个问题,并分别运用嵌套GA和SVM来实现这两个问题的求解。实例验证表明该方法能快速高效确定最优的加热线布置方案。 相似文献

As an application to predict and mitigate the out-of-plane welding distortion by elastic FE analysis based on the inherent deformation theory, a panel structure of a pure car carrier ship is considered. The inherent deformations of different types of welded joints included in this ship panel structure are evaluated beforehand using thermal elastic plastic FE analysis. Applying idealized boundary condition to focus on the local deformation, elastic FE analysis shows that the considered ship panel structure will buckle near the edge and only bending distortion is dominant in the internal region. In order to mitigate out-of-plane welding distortion such as buckling and bending, straightening using line heating is employed. In the internal region, only inherent bending with the same magnitude as welding induced inherent bending is applied on the opposite side of welded joints (fast moving torch). On the other hand, only in-plane inherent strain produced by line heating is introduced to the edge region to correct buckling distortion (slow moving torch). The magnitude of out-of-plane welding distortion in this ship panel structure can be minimized to an accepted level. 相似文献

文章以统计过程控制理论(Statistical Process Control,SPC)为基础提出了一种张力腿平台甲板有效上浪高度计算模型,针对海浪波高是随机过程这一不确定因素导致的上浪波高没有确定解的情况,分析计算了波浪谱下的张力腿平台相对运动和有效上浪波高,计算得到了有效上浪波高控制中心均值、下管制限值、上管制限值和相应发生概率。由相同波浪参数下不同波浪谱计算得到的有效上浪波高控制中心均值相同这一结论,发现波浪能量在不同谱之间的分布是相同的,说明波浪能量在时间维度、空间维度和频率维度的分布是一致的。在求解有效上浪波高控制中心均值时,提出了能更好刻画波高在波浪参数下的分布形式的面积均值法,并由此方法计算控制中心均值和上管制限值。以一型张力腿平台为例,针对波浪谱中超过某一发生概率的情况,运用统计过程控制理论和SPC控制图,计算了有效上浪波高控制中心均值、下管制限值和上管制限值,判断随机有效上浪波高是否处于统计控制状态,发现了波浪谱中的发生概率越大,随机有效上浪波高越可控这一规律。比较不同波浪入射角的有效上浪波高控制中心均值,发现了不同波浪入射角对有效上浪波高影响不大、发生概率对有效上浪波高影响较大的规律。最后基于统计过程控制理论计算得到整个有效上浪波高均值、发生概率、下管制限值和上管制限值。提出了在有效上浪波高均值和上管制限值之间结构物会受到交变载荷的作用容易疲劳损伤和腐蚀损伤的建议。结果表明该方法可以对张力腿平台有效上浪波高进行计算,并可推广应用于其它海上结构物的有效上浪波高计算。 相似文献

针对船体外板水火成型在造船生产中表现出技术性强,难度大,工作环境恶劣,且具有很强特色的一种经验性钢板曲面成型的特点,本文基于船体外板水火成型工艺参数预报系统,设计了该类型特种智能机器人控制器,首先介绍了船体外板水火成型机器人的工作原理及其加工工艺流程,接着描述了该机器人的总体结构及其技术要求,最后就所设计的智能机器人控制器,详细地阐述了其硬,软件系统设计过程,调试结果证明,所设计的智能机器人控制器具有良好的性能,大大提高了船体外板建造质量和速度。 相似文献

This paper describes the effect of previous heating on inherent deformation by a subsequent heating line, more specifically, the case of two heating lines intersecting (crossing) each other. The paper has been divided into two parts. In the first part, the case of single crossed heating lines is studied in detail. The second part of the paper, discusses the case of more than one crossed heating lines. The novelty of the work lies in revealing the cross effect and how, factors such as, for example, the heating condition and the plate geometry, influence the resulting inherent deformation of crossed heating. In addition, relationships to easily get these influences are provided. The results are suitable for a wide range of heating conditions and plate thickness. 相似文献

[目的]在船舶建造过程中,板材的弯曲成形工艺不仅影响建造成本及周期,而且其成形精度也会影响船舶的水动力性能及其运营成本。[方法]针对船体板材双曲率成形效率低且精度差等问题,首先以感应加热作为热源,实现热弯成形,得到典型的帆形曲率板;然后通过高效的热?弹?塑性有限元(TEP FE)计算及基于弯曲力矩的弹性有限元计算,再现板材双曲率热弯成形的力学响应;同时,研究感应加热过程工艺参数影响板材弯曲成形的力学机理,提出线性逼近迭代二分法,实现板材热弯成形中加热位置和热源移动速度等工艺规划,并进行板材热弯成形过程及参数的有限元计算验证。[结果]结果显示,采用基于规划的工艺参数计算分析所得面外弯曲变形与目标曲率板的弯曲形状相当吻合。[结论]研究结果验证了线性逼近迭代二分法在实际工程应用中的可行性和准确性,并为曲率板成形工艺的优化提供了新的解决方案。 相似文献

Mooring lines are one of the most important parts of spar platforms. In this work, experimental investigation was carried out to obtain the dynamic tension and discover the nonlinear characters while a mooring line transfers from taut to taut–slack. Results show that, when system parameters change, the mooring line system may transform from one steady state to another, accompanied by tension skip that is 5 times the former steady tension and twice the latter steady tension. Such skip tension may result in platform breakage. For the entire cable structure, the effects of system parameters are very important and need further theoretical research. The presented research lays the foundation for further studies on this transforming mechanism and for optimization of engineering designs. 相似文献

This paper presents a ship-hull plate forming way by pure line heating. The heating lines forming the required bending angle is determined by curvature analysis method. Heating along the calculated heating lines results in bland plate with initial transverse curvature. Then, the plate with desired convex shape can be obtained by heating in the longitudinal edge. This is the whole forming process by pure line heating. This paper presents a method of plane development for ship-hull plate with B-spline surface representation, and provides the shrinkage heating lines in the forming process. This forming way would facilitate temperature control and make plate forming automatically easy. 相似文献

本文针对新一代绿色环保船型研发的需求,在已有性能较为优良的35000吨散货船的基础上,对船体线型作进一步的优化设计。利用势流计算原理及粘性流计算原理分别对船体周围流场特性进行计算分析,结合在船体线型设计方面的经验对原船线型作进一步的改型优化,并通过水池模型快速性试验验证获得了更为优良的船舶线型。经对线型改型优化,既降低了阻力又提高了推进效率,总的节能效果可达9%。说明线型改型优化已取得了较为明显的效果。此外,采用粘性流计算原理进行数值计算应较势流计算原理更为全面合理。特别对原来快速性能已较优良,方形系数CB较大的船型来说,采用粘性流的计算分析法能获得更为合理的结果。 相似文献

焊接接头附近局部的加热及冷却使被焊结构产生残余应力及角变形.目前在船厂精度控制中,通常采用构件焊接后对某些部位进行火工校正的方法来控制残余角变形.文章提供了另外一种有效控制结构残余角变形的方法:对结构焊前施加弹性的反向变形.利用热弹塑性有限元法来模拟结构的焊接过程,并对不同板厚、不同热源的结构分别进行数值模拟,最终确定焊接结构的弹性反变形规律:焊接前施加弹性反变形的结构在焊接后角变形趋于零. 相似文献
