针对拥堵工况下车辆自动变速器频繁换挡的问题,选取车辆平均车速、平均节气门开度和采样时间内制动踏板作动次数为评价因子,建立T-S模糊神经网络进行拥堵工况辨识,提出基于拥堵工况辨识的车辆自动变速器分层修正控制策略;将车辆自动变速控制分为上层辨识决策层与下层换挡执行层,上层采用T-S模糊神经网络进行拥堵工况辨识与换挡修正决策;下层接收上层修正控制指令执行换挡修正。仿真与实车试验结果表明:采用TS模糊神经网络可准确识别拥堵工况,基于拥堵工况辨识的车辆自动变速分层修正控制策略可有效避免拥堵工况时频繁换挡,减少换挡执行部件和制动系统的磨损。 相似文献

车辆运行速度预测取决于多因素、非线性函数关系的建立,预测模型建立的准确与否取决于各个影响因素之间的相互作用的特性。将遗传算法与神经网络有机结合起来,以高速公路上的实测运行速度为基础,建立遗传神经网络训练和检验样本集,利用Matlab7.04的神经网络工具箱和遗传算法工具箱的函数,完成程序的编写,建立基于遗传算法的高速公路纵坡路段运行速度(V85)的神经网络预测模型,并将预测结果与实测数据进行比较。结果表明:所用遗传神经网络模型可靠,预测精度高,对我国采用运行速度的路线设计方法和线形质量评价有较高的参考价值。 相似文献

对于全自动泊车系统搭载的线控换挡执行机构,由于制造、装配误差会导致线控换挡执行机构装配于变速器后的R、N、D位置可能会与实际情况有偏差,从而影响变速器性能,所以从系统的动力学特性出发,提出了一种线控换挡执行机构下线学习算法,利用Matlab/Simulink建立系统动力学模型和算法模型,并开发了线控换挡执行机构控制器软硬件。通过仿真分析与实际台架测试表明,该下线挡位位置自学习算法能够在很短的时间内学习到精确的R、N、D挡位位置,不仅满足了车辆下线对时间的严格要求,还满足了变速器换挡的精度要求。 相似文献

In this paper, a decentralized neuro-fuzzy controller has been created in order to improve the ride comfort and increase the
stability for half car suspension system, which used the magneto-rheological damper as a semi-active device. Firstly, relative
gain array and relative disturbance gain methods have been used for deriving a relation between inputs, disturbances and outputs
to select pairing with minimum interaction to design a decentralize controller. Secondary, decentralized neuro-fuzzy controllers
for front and rear chassis are designed to predict the required damping force taking the acceleration of the sprung mass and
desired acceleration obtained by using pole-placement method as inputs. To predict the control voltage required for producing
the force predicted by the controller, the inverse neuro-fuzzy model of MR damper has been designed. Simulation by using MATLAB
programs has been created. The results show that the ride comforts and vehicle stability have been improved in comparison

随着新能源汽车的发展,采用多挡位变速器在保证车辆动力性的前提下,可以提高电机效率。为了减小换挡冲击,提升乘坐舒适性,需要对驱动电机和换挡电机进行协调控制。本文中以两挡变速器为研究对象,提出了一种基于Radau伪谱法的变速器换挡策略,选取冲击度和滑摩功作为两挡变速器换挡品质的评价函数,利用插值多项式对换挡过程中系统的状态变量和控制变量进行逼近,由插值多项式的导数值近似代替动力学方程中状态变量的微分值,将换挡过程的最优控制问题转换为非线性规划问题,并利用现有的非线性规划问题求解器进行求解。采用MATLAB软件对两挡变速器的换挡问题进行伪谱法求解,得到了两挡变速器换挡过程的最优控制轨迹,验证了伪谱法的有效性和优异性。 相似文献

In this study, a new concept for a power delivery system is developed. Power Shift Drive (PSD) Axle vehicle modeling and dynamic
movement analysis are performed via simulation. The dynamic vehicle model is constructed from data obtained from the derived
equation, considering the specific characteristics of each part. The model is composed of a torque converter, a gear box,
a differential, hub reduction and an engine, which is the power source of the 1st forward and reverse PSD-Axle. By unifying
the mathematical equations for each component, a mathematical model of the 1st forward gear is derived. The system dynamic
model is created using MATLAB/Simulink based on the mathematical model. Simulation is carried out using Simulink to estimate
the dynamic behavior of the PSD-Axle. In addition, the dynamo test result is used to verify the model. Finally, a successful
model is created. This study will be used to establish the basic conceptual design for the PSD-Axle multi-gear system. 相似文献

针对现代电控柴油机废气再循环系统的功能和作用,对EGR系统的控制策略进行了分析,设计了基于实现发动机理论进气需求量为控制目的,对EGR阀和TVA阀进行联合控制的策略。通过MATLAB/Sim-ulink软件平台编写了EGR和TVA联合控制策略,并使用Targetlink工具生成C代码且集成到试验ECU。在发动机试验台架上,对控制系统中的基本MAP图进行标定并对EGR系统的控制功能进行了验证。台架试验结果表明,该控制策略通过对EGR和TVA的联合控制,可以实现对柴油机各工况下新鲜进气量的快速准确控制,控制效果满足预期要求。 相似文献

Motivated by the development of high-precision digital maps for advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) in recent years, this study provides a new approach to solve the problems of the conventional automatic transmission vehicle travelling on sloping roads. Based on vehicle dynamics, shift problems on hilly roads are analyzed. A novel intelligent shift strategy is proposed, which consists of a dynamic shift schedule for the uphill, a safety shift schedule for the downhill, and a comprehensive economical shift schedule for the gentle slopes. A set of driver-in-loop co-simulation tests was conducted in a driving simulator that is equipped with a MATLAB/Simulink dynamics simulation platform. The test results verified the effectiveness of the new intelligent shift strategy. With the road information provided by a high-precision digital map, busy shifting can be eliminated, and improved dynamic performance can be achieved for a vehicle travelling on the uphill roads; undesired upshift can be prevented, and engine traction resistance can be used to relieve the load of braking system when a vehicle travelling on the downhill roads; also, fuel consumption can be reduced for a vehicle travelling on a gently sloped road. Consequently, this novel intelligent shift strategy offers a reliable and effective solution for improving a vehicle’s driving performance on a hilly road. 相似文献
