复合材料螺栓连接结构数值模拟研究 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
在实际工程中,复合材料结构连接方式常采用机械连接形式(螺栓或铆钉)来连结复合材料构件和金属构件,而其中尤以螺栓连接更为常见.如何运用有限元软件模拟螺栓连接结构是仿真计算的关键.本文采用ANSYS软件,建立了复合材料螺栓连接结构的三维有限元模型,采用不同的边界处理方法对该结构进行数值模拟,得到复合材料螺栓孔处的载荷,并将数值计算结果与试验数据比较,探求出了该结构螺栓孔处载荷数值模拟方法.采用接触+耦合的边界处理方式不仅能较准确的模拟复合材料螺栓连接结构,而且计算时间远小于完全采用接触时的计算时间,大大提高了工作效率. 相似文献

[目的]设计可靠、有效的复合材料上层建筑与钢质主船体连接结构是复合材料上层建筑在舰船上应用面临的难点之一。[方法]综合考虑各种连接结构的优、缺点,采用"π"型双螺栓、双剪切连接形式设计复合材料与钢连接结构。提取上层建筑与主船体连接位置在浪花飞溅冲击载荷作用下的垂向反力及弯矩作为设计载荷,利用有限元软件ANSYS校核2种工况下的强度。[结果]计算结果表明,各项需要考核的应力指标均小于材料的极限应力,并且保留了一定的安全裕度,所设计的连接结构较为合理、可靠。[结论]在2种设计工况的强度校核中,泡沫芯材剪切应力的安全裕度最小;对于芯材较厚的夹芯板,泡沫芯材的剪切应力是薄弱环节,故在设计复合材料夹芯板连接结构时,应重点关注芯材的剪切问题。 相似文献

针对三峡升船机试运行期间闸首卧倒门油缸支铰连接螺栓断裂的问题,在满足闸首工作门结构力学性能的前提下,对不同工况下的螺栓进行强度分析,利用Solidworks Simulation有限元软件,建立螺栓和连接板的本构模型,对螺栓和连接板应力场进行数值模拟,得出螺栓断裂的原因,并提出油缸支铰的优化方案。结果表明,原螺栓强度预紧力小于螺栓最大工作荷载而导致螺栓断裂,更换的10. 9级高强度螺栓可以满足实际工况需求,增加的两个筋板保证了油缸支铰螺栓连接板的强度,可供类似工程提供参考。 相似文献

大兆瓦海上风电机组叶根螺栓螺纹副预紧载荷分布非均匀行为是诱发螺栓在高预紧状态下预紧力早期衰退的最主要原因之一。结合海上风机叶根螺栓的预紧工艺,文章从螺纹副载荷非均匀分布行为入手,提出了一种基于螺纹副载荷分布计算的螺纹参数匹配与连接工艺优化方法。首先,构建了参数驱动的螺纹副精细化有限元瞬态动力学模型,并对螺纹牙型角、螺距等特征进行了参数化建模,计算了采用拉伸法工艺预紧叶根螺栓过程中标准螺纹副受载历程与载荷分布状态;然后,搭建了基于拉伸法工艺预紧螺栓的试验系统,以螺栓预紧力瞬时衰减值为判据验证了螺纹副载荷分布行为有限元计算模型的有效性与精度。最后,以某型10 MW级风电机组用M36高强度螺栓为工程应用对象,基于叶根螺栓拉伸法预紧工艺下螺纹副载荷分布对其螺纹特征进行了参数化适配设计。结果表明:采用本文提出的方法,有效控制了拉伸法预紧螺栓过程中的预紧力损失,降低了螺牙的最大结构应力的同时改善了螺纹副的应力分布,有利于提高风电机组的运行可靠性。 相似文献

In this previous study, a consistent theoretical formula was established in single hull structure, taking account of all the structural components affecting the load share of each member, in combination with the combined load effect of direct force from the longitudinal stiffener and shear force on the primary supporting member. What's more, it has been known qualitatively that the bending moment at the root of the web stiffener in double hull structure is less than that in single hull structure. However, the difference between double hull and single hull structures has not been achieved. In this study, the authors develop a theoretical formulation to represent the stresses at the root of the web stiffener due to the load from both the longitudinal stiffener and the shear force on the primary supporting member in the double hull structure. Then, the results calculated by the derived formulae are compared with the results obtained by finite element analysis, and good accuracy of the proposed formula was verified. Finally, the calculated stresses were compared between double hull and single hull structures. On one hand, the share of loading born by the web stiffener is almost comparable between the double hull and single hull structures. On the other hand, the bending moment at the root of the web stiffener is smaller in the double hull structure than in single hull structure, and therefore, the maximum stress is smaller. 相似文献

桩基-重力式复合结构的连接节点处受力集中、应力大,且两种材料之间的连接,是该结构最关键和薄弱的部位。利用ABAQUS软件建立桩基-重力式靠船墩模型,分析连接节点在船舶撞击荷载下的响应,并研究不同因素的影响。结果表明,在船舶靠泊撞击荷载下,桩基-重力式复合结构前排连接节点的位移和受拉损伤系数峰值略大于后两排,最大主应力峰值出现在前排桩与沉箱连接节点前侧。桩的埋入深度应不小于1倍桩径,当埋入深度超过1倍桩径后,增大埋入深度对改善连接节点受力特性效果不明显;增大桩径尺寸是改善连接节点的受力特性最有效的措施,提高沉箱高度是改善连接节点的受力特性较为经济合理的措施。同时,可设置构造措施提高连接节点的承载力。 相似文献

为实现竖缝墙的设计思想,考察带竖缝剪力墙设计方法,提出了补充设计计算和构造措施,包括梁柱连接和梁腹板,应补充受剪强度计算;当受剪强度不满足时,建议增加竖缝墙和钢柱的抗剪件连接,该构造可同时满足安装要求;建议竖缝剪力墙上端与钢梁采用竖向孔高强度摩擦型螺栓连接,以实现竖缝剪力墙不承受竖向荷载,只承受水平力的设计思路.建议参考钢筋混凝土设计规范(GB50010—2002)对竖缝剪力墙受剪承载力进行设计计算. 相似文献

This paper is the first part of the structure study of double cylindrical shell subjected to hydrostatic external pressure. A calculation method is put forward in the paper to analyse the massive structure strength of double cylindrical pressure shell. The equilibrium equations of double cylinder segments and ring plates are established by using the compatibility condition of orthogonal connection between inner and outer cylindrical shells through ring plates. The equilibrium equations set of cylinder segments may be integrated into the global equation of undetermined parameters by means of correlation matrix analysis and continuity conditions of adjacent shell segments. It may be used to solve accurately and simply deflections and stresses in the structural members at any point in the individual span ranging from single cylinder to double cylinder, locate the structural weakness and allow the researchers to have a comprehensive understanding of the massive structure strength. Model tests show that this method is accurate and reliable and may be adopted to perform a number of effective calculation analysis of engineering for the design of double pressure shell. 相似文献

The bow structure of FPSO moored by the single mooting system is rather complicated. There are many potential hot spots in connection parts of structures between the mooting support frame and the forecastle. Mooting forces, which are induced by wave excitation and transferred by the YOKE and the mooting support frame, may cause fatigue damage to the bow structure. Different from direct wave-induced-forces, the mooting force consists of wave frequency force (WF) and 2nd draft low frequency force (LF) , which are represented by two sets of short-term distribution respectively. Based on two sets of short-term distribution of mooting forces obtained by the model test, the fatigue damage of the bow structure of FPSO is analyzed, with emphasis on two points. One is the procedure and position selection for fatigue check, and the other is the application of new formulae for the calculation of accumulative fatigue damage caused by two sets of short-term distribution of hot spot stress range. From the results distinguished features of fatigue damage to the FPSOs bow structure can be observed. 相似文献
