以运输网络中的总成本最小为目标函数,建立整数规划模型,利用混合遗传模拟退火算法(GASA)求解不同船型组合的情况下,轴辐式网络布局和总成本的差异。以航运公司A为算例,求解出不同船型组合方式下轴辐式网络的布局结构和总成本,得出不同的船型组合方式对轴辐式网络的总成本影响较大,对网络的整体布局结构影响较小的结论。可为航运公司提供决策参考。  相似文献

将海上丝绸之路沿线集装箱班轮运输划分为8个海运区域,以全球10大班轮公司航线数据为样本,统计105个集装箱港口连接情况,构建无向无权的海上丝绸之路沿线集装箱港口网络,应用节点收缩法对集装箱港口网络的节点重要度进行评估,并分析各海运区域在港口网络中的地位。结果表明节点收缩法可有效评估港口在网络中的区位优势,新加坡、巴生、丹戎帕拉帕斯、深圳、香港等港口是网络中的枢纽节点。本研究可为港口投资、建设与港口合作决策提供有意义的参考。  相似文献

为科学衡量中国进口原油海运网络中节点功能失效对网络连通可靠性的影响,在识别网络中重要节点的基础上,针对节点面临的随机性攻击和选择性攻击,分别采用蒙特卡洛模拟和不交化最小路集算法建立中国进口原油海运网络的连通可靠性评估模型。评价结果表明:当节点面临随机性攻击时,中国进口原油海运网络相对可靠;而在面对选择性攻击时,网络连通可靠性大幅下降,原油进口安全受到较大威胁。此外,在中国进口原油海运网络的3个原油海运通道中,拉美通道的连通可靠性相对最好,中东通道的连通可靠性相对最差。  相似文献

随着航运市场状况的不断变化,船公司为了维持自身利益不得不对船舶航速进行相应调整,然而船舶航速的变化在一定程度上影响轴辐式航运网络的设计,进而影响船公司的利益。因此,本文主要研究了集装箱船公司在不同的市场环境下寻求不同目标的情况下,调整船舶的航速对于集装箱轴辐式航运网络设计的影响。根据现实环境建立相应数学模型,进而利用软件对算例进行分析、对比不同航速在不同目标下所设计的集装箱轴辐式航运网络的差异性,以及其成本的变化,最后选择出不同市场环境下适合船公司的最佳航速,从而为集装箱船公司的决策提出相应的参考。  相似文献

为缓解国内铝矾土资源日趋紧张、铝矾土进口量不断增加的现状,以港口为物流网络中的核心节点,以远洋运输到岸成本、港口处理成本、内陆疏运成本、港口库存成本构成的综合物流成本最优为目标,以港口的装卸能力、安全库存水平、网络供需能力为约束条件,考虑海岬型船、巴拿马型船两种船型和公路、铁路、水路等3种疏运方式,并以烟台港为实例建立基于港口节点的进口铝矾土物流网络优化模型。结果表明:来自几内亚和澳大利亚的铝矾土全部采用海岬型船运输;提高铁路疏运比例是提升烟台港运输效率的关键。  相似文献

为深入研究尼加拉瓜运河的修建对于中国国际海运物流发展的影响,从海运物流资源、船舶技术进步、运营管理及海运物流转型等方面分析尼加拉瓜运河的地缘战略意义,并对尼加拉瓜运河项目所面临的关键问题进行详细的剖析并提出相应的对策。研究结果表明:通过提升尼加拉瓜运河项目至国家战略地位、完善运河工程实施计划与方案、合理规划航线网络布局和船型选择以及增加自然和人文环境保护措施等治理策略的实施,可能解决关键问题以增加尼加拉瓜运河修建的可行性。  相似文献

Coastal shipping is one of the most sustainable and economically competitive modes of transportation. This study employs the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method to determine the importance of various factors influencing container carriers’ use of coastal shipping. A three-level hierarchical structure with the 17 attributes is proposed and tested. A previous AHP survey in Taiwan has indicated that port policy and infrastructure is the most critical factor influencing the coastal shipping by container carriers followed by operational cost, operational strategy and operational efficiency. Overall, the results indicate that the five most important attributes influencing the use of coastal shipping are simplified customs procedures; leasing a dedicated terminal; transhipment time; a favourable port charge system and efficient terminal operations.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

To establish an Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Single Shipping Market (ASSM) is an important part of ASEAN governments’ overall plan to achieve an ASEAN Economic Community by 2015. It is expected that a single shipping market will improve the region’s logistics performance and international competitiveness. To achieve this vision, however, the ASEAN countries need to remove any remaining barriers to logistics performance. In this light, the objective of this paper is to identify these barriers and assess their effects on the logistics performance of shipping and logistics firms based in ASEAN countries. Using a questionnaire-based survey, the study revealed several barriers affecting their logistics performance with varying significance among these countries. Unless these barriers from the perspective of the industry are removed, the ability of the shipping and logistics industry to benefit from a liberalized market would be limited. These perceived barriers are examined in detail and strategies to address them are proposed. The ASEAN experience is applicable to similar countries in the process of integrating their international shipping sector as well as contributes to the understanding of the different barriers and how these barriers can affect the logistics performance of shipping and logistics companies.  相似文献

Much has been written and spoken about short sea shipping within the European Union (EU) as a means of shifting goods from road to sea and of achieving a sustainable economic development. However, this shift is far from being a general reality, despite the few individual, and success stories that have taken place and the EUROSTAT data suggest that the overall effort has contributed very little towards attaining this desired shift. In the light of this, research was conducted to discover how to put short sea shipping on a more competitive level within European multimodal logistics supply chains. This paper aims at identifying service attributes of short sea shipping operations within multimodal transport chains by means of a questionnaire and, for that, examines the short sea shipping environment and contemporary European logistics trends. The analysis is based on empirical research, involving logistics operators, shippers' associations and intermodal rail operators, and allows an evaluation (based on statistical techniques) of the short sea shipping industry and its competitors. It extends previous work by considering these short sea shipping attributes within a multimodal transport context.  相似文献

作为现代服务业的一部分,航运金融的发展顺应了经济增长方式转变和结构转型的战略方向,也是巩固上海航运枢纽地位和提高核心竞争力的重要保证。与发达国家或地区相比,中国的航运金融业起步较晚,规模较小,缺乏先发优势,因此在集聚航运金融资源和提升航运金融服务层级时,面临的最大障碍就是体系的不健全和制度安排与国际通行标准的脱节。思考和研究具有长远战略性的上海航运金融体系建设和制度创新是当务之急。  相似文献

Port system is a research focus of transport geography, and most studies believe carriers are important factors in the development and concentration of the port system. Since the 1990s, carriers have played an important role in organizing the global shipping network and reorganizing the port system. But there isn’t a perfect method to evaluate carriers’ influence and the roles of each port in the maritime shipping networks. In this paper, we use the monthly schedule table of international carriers to describe and model the spatial pattern of the global shipping network and identify its hub-and-spoke system. The result shows that a hierarchical structure exists in the global shipping network. The North Hemisphere, especially the East Asia and the Southeast Asia, is a dominant region of the worldwide shipping network. East Asia, Southeast Asia, Northeast Europe, and East coast of the USA are the concentration regions of worldwide shipping lines. The ports of Hong Kong, Singapore, Shenzhen, Shanghai, and Kaohsiung etc have advanced capacity for maritime shipping and high potentials for being hub ports in the global shipping network. Today, the worldwide shipping network is transforming from the multi-port calling system to 44 regional hub-and-spoke systems. Meanwhile, the sub-networks with hub ports of Antwerp, Singapore, and Hong Kong have become the most important ones and dominate the whole global shipping network.  相似文献
