通过对卡特彼勒C-9发动机设计机理的研究和分析,查找了四冲程发动机由燃油系统、电控系统、进排气系统及机械故障导致的不能启动的原因和解决故障的措施。     

用焊接法修复CQ30290型红岩自卸汽车钢板弹簧

认为对于损坏了的CQ30290型红岩自卸汽车的钢板弹簧可用焊接方法修复，但应防止热裂纹的产生。采用T506碱性焊条，对于直缝对接和开孔补扳两种方式来说，采用直缝对接效果不理想，易产生早期断裂，而采用开孔补板法修复钢板弹效果良好。     

Controller design for soft-disability remedy of the electric power steering system

The electric power steering (EPS) system is designed to reduce the effort exerted by driver on the steering wheel. One of the most common and critical failures of EPS is the soft-disability of the torque sensor or the loss of its signal, which leads to the instant shutdown of the EPS system while turning and causes serious traffic accidents. In this paper, a novel controller based on the self-alignment torque (SAT) estimation was designed to remedy the soft-disability of EPS system. After the SAT estimation method was verified by the empirical Magic Formula (MF) tire model, the remedy control strategy based on the SAT estimation was developed and evaluated by simulations under step and sinusoidal inputs. To further evaluate the performance of the controller on a real vehicle, experiments on a real EPS system were implemented under step and sinusoidal inputs. The results of simulation and experiment using the controller based on estimated SAT showed this controller to be feasible and capable of eliminating the abrupt reaction torque increment caused by shutdown of EPS and of remedying the soft-disability of EPS system under common input signals.

避免碰桩的计算数学模型

在水工工程的打桩作业中,为避免碰桩,笔者立足于空间解析几何,考虑到桩位的不同情况,提出了求解两桩间最短距离的计算模型。介绍了这一数学模型的计算公式和计算方式,并列出了五种碰桩情况最短距离计算实例。经实践证明,效果良好。     

Observability in traffic networks. Plate scanning added by counting information

The paper deals with the observability problem in traffic networks, including route, origin?Cdestination and link flows, based on number plate scanning and link flow observations. A revision of the main observability concepts and methods is done using a small network. Starting with the full observability of the network based only on number plate scanning on some links, the number of scanned links is reduced and replaced by counted link flows, but keeping the full observability of all flows in the network. In this way, the cost can be substantially reduced. To this end, several methods are given and discussed, and two small and one real case of networks are used to illustrate the proposed methodologies. Finally, some conclusions and final recommendations are included.

船舶舱室色彩搭配对船员工效影响研究

为了研究船舶舱室色彩对船员工效的影响,测试了六种不同舱室色彩环境下人员的视觉工效、认知工效和行为工效等数据,分析了人员工效指标随不同舱室色彩环境的变化。利用TOPSIS法和聚类分析二种方法综合评价了不同舱室色彩环境对工效的影响,依据工效指标给出了六种实验色彩的优化排序。     

某型声纳预处理机PCB测试仪的研制

在海军电子装备维修工作中,PCB的测试与维修已成为其重要内容。论文针对某型声纳的现状,给出了以单片机为控制核心的某型声纳预处理机PCB测试仪的总体设计方案,介绍了测试仪的功能要求,设计思路、主要硬件及软件结构。     

基于隐式参数化的车身概念开发

以某新车型研发为契机,运用"分析驱动设计"进行概念阶段的车身开发。基于参数化技术构建白车身和覆盖件的全参模型,通过模态和刚度仿真评估车辆的NVH性能,并基于模态和刚度进行厚度灵敏度分析;同时,通过与同级别车型前/后悬架、动力总成等有限元模型进行耦合,进行了整车碰撞仿真,以评估其耐撞性能,在早期阶段快速获得整车综合性能,缩短满足结构刚度、NVH性能、耐撞性和轻量化等要求的车身结构的开发周期。
