基于层次灰色模型的铁路技术创新绩效综合评价

运用技术创新基本理论,结合铁路技术创新实际,从效益(经济、社会)增长、市场状态(市场份额、市场营销)改善和创新主体素质(技术装备水平、管理水平)提高3个方面建立了评价铁路技术创新绩效的多级指标体系。将层次分析法(AHP)和灰色系统理论结合起来建立了层次灰色评价模型(HGM),运用该模型对铁路技术创新绩效分别从整体和分项进行了综合评价,得出:铁路技术创新绩效绩优度为“一般”,其主要原因在于铁路运输市场状态改善中市场份额扩大程度较低。实证分析结果表明:改进层次灰色评价法(层次灰色评价模型)为一种评价铁路技术创新绩效的有效方法。     

大型购物中心诱增交通量预测方法研究

近年来，随着人们生活水平的提高和消费观念的改变，shopping mall正在中国越来越热。shopping mall由于体量庞大，它的建设无疑会对城市道路交通体系产生较大的影响。本文在对北京mall交通影响分析实践的基础上，根据购物(休闲娱乐)出行需求的特点，提出了大型购物中心诱增交通量预测的思路，并重点阐述了商圈分析法和非集计模型在诱增交通量预测中的应用，取得了较好的效果。     

8400m3液化石油气/乙烯/氯乙烯船设计分析

着重对8400m^3LPG船的设计要点、主要设计变更及设计中存在的问题进行了分析，以期对同类型船舶的设计提供借鉴。     

公路建设项目法人激励模型研究

项目法人在公路项目建设中起着举足轻重的作用 ,其经营水平、工作绩效的高低直接关系到项目建设期三大控制目标的实现和企业的长远发展。利用委托～代理激励理论研究了项目法人制下的项目经营者激励模型 ,以期促进和完善现代项目企业制度 ,提高项目经营者自身及企业经济效益水平。     

Finite-difference simulation of green water impact on fixed and moving bodies

A numerical method was developed to predict the water impact pressure caused by green water phenomena. The density function method was employed in the framework of a locally refined overlapping grid system. The simple problem of a rectangular body placed in regular waves was considered and the simulation results were compared with tank experiments. Good agreement with experiment was shown for wave–body interactions and for the pressure values at three different positions on the body. The case of a rectangular body with a vertical wall on the deck was also considered and the comparison showed satisfactory agreement. It was demonstrated that this method could be extended to a moving body problem, in which the body was free to undergo heave, pitch, and surge motions.

强夯法在加固处理大型储油罐基础中的应用

以大连港新港改扩建二期陆域一期成品油罐区地基强夯为例,阐述了强夯法在加固大型储油罐地基方面的应用。     

不同剂量硒对老年大鼠心肌构筑影响的形态学观察

本文报告了不同剂量硒对喂养22月增龄大鼠心肌构筑的形态学影响。低硒饲料（含Se0.887μmol/L）组大鼠心肌细胞萎缩变细,间质结缔组织增生,线粒体（Mi）增生,部分Mi肿胀、嵴走向紊乱、溶解、空泡化;M线不清或消失,肌浆网扩张。富硒饲料（含Se6.337μmol/L）组大鼠心肌细胞病变明显改善。上述病变显著减轻的机理可能与硒提高谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（CSHpx）活性,以对抗过氧化损伤有关。     

Reliable container line supply chains

Container line supply chains, based on a near-frictionless international transport belief, have contributed to economic prosperity and also rendered themselves uniquely vulnerable to various risks. 9/11 terrorists attacks, the lock-out of American West Ports and the global breakout of SARS disease have gradually shown that a) the safety and reliability in the chains are facing an unprecedented challenge and b) traditional engineeringbased risk assessment methods are inadequate to deal with the threats from variational environments, especially in the era of terrorism rampancy. The purpose of this paper is, therefore, to develop a conceptual risk assessment model for container line supply chains based on a modified Formal Safety Assessment (FSA) methodology that takes risks from vulnerability rather than only hazards into account. It gives particular emphasis on the analysis of the threats with a high level of uncertainty from both safety and economic viewpoints. The advantages of the vulnerability-based risk analysis approach to the hazard-based one are clarified and both engineering-based and managerial risk assessments are also discussed.
