Control of interacting machines in automated container terminals using a sequential planning approach for collision avoidance

The control of automated container terminals is complex since Quay Cranes (QCs), Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and Automated Stacking Cranes (ASCs) interact intensively for transporting containers, while collision avoidance of equipment must be ensured. This paper proposes a methodology to generate collision-free trajectories of free-ranging AGVs in automated container terminals, while minimizing the makespan of the whole container handling system. A hierarchical control architecture is proposed to integrate the scheduling of interacting machines and trajectory planning of AGVs. Following a so-called overall graph sequence by a scheduler, the collision-free trajectories of AGVs are determined by solving a collection of mixed integer linear programming problems sequentially. Simulation results illustrate the potential of the proposed methodology.

船舶调度闸外编排算法

为了提高船闸的通过能力,优化船舶进闸调度,分析了三峡船闸船舶的平均过闸间隔时间,提出了闸外编排的概念,分析了船舶在进闸调度中的操作流程,以安全性和进闸耗时为目标,建立了闸外编排的数学模型,设计了相应的启发式求解算法,将模型的目标和约束条件通过启发式方法生成船舶在闸外的排序法则。数值试验分析结果表明闸外编排数学模型切实可行,排序算法可以生成安全高效的进闸方案,闸外编排的实现考虑了船舶进闸时间和安全性原则,缩短了闸次间隔时间,提高了日开闸次数,有效地提高了通航设施的整体通过能力。     

公路隧道节能照明系统研究

通过对重庆交通科研设计院近几年在公路隧道照明系统方面相关研究成果的总结,从照明灯具、灯具的布置方式、照明设计参数和新光源的合理应用4个方面来系统解决公路隧道照明质量和效率的问题,使广大设计人员树立起应通过充分运用现代科学技术的进步来提高隧道照明的设计水平和隧道照明的质量,而不能通过降低设计标准来达到节能目的的理念.     

安徽省望东长江大桥桥墩布置方案优化研究

在分析安徽省望东长江公路大桥所在的东流水道河道及航道条件的基础上,从通航的角度,对拟建的安徽省望东长江公路大桥通航净空尺度进行计算,对通航桥孔布置进行分析,并结合桥区航道条件,针对原桥型方案存在的问题,对桥墩布置方案进行优化分析,优化后的桥型方案(通航孔布置为78 m+228 m+638 m+228 m+78 m)能较充分地利用有效通航水域,适应航道条件变化较强,该桥型方案合理可行.

根据盾构切削刀具的阿氏螺线布置规律,针对北京地铁四号线14标学院南路站—双榆树站区间盾构刀具的布置形式,推导该区间盾构刀具的阿氏螺线布置公式及规律;并通过对刀具实际磨损情况的分析和研究,提出减少刀具磨损的优化布置措施。研究有助于为同类工程盾构刀具的布置提供参考。

Creating bus timetables with maximal synchronization

This paper addresses the problem of generating a timetable for a given network of buses so as to maximize their synchronization. It attempts to maximize the number of simultaneous bus arrivals at the connection (transfer) nodes of the network. Transit schedulers, taking into account the satisfaction and convenience of the system's users, appreciate the importance of creating a timetable with maximal synchronization, which enables the transfer of passengers from one route to another with minimum waiting time at the transfer nodes. In this paper, the problem is formulated as a mixed integer linear programming problem, and a heuristic algorithm is developed to solve the problem in polynomial time. The efficiency of this algorithm, compared to optimal solutions, is illustrated through a series of examples.
