| Abstract: | Starting from the specific characteristics of the working condition and intellectual structure of the personnel of navigation specialty, the features of the continuing education for them are analyzed with the theory and achievements of education technology, and then the distant teaching model based on multi medial CAI, satellite TV and Internet is put forth in the paper. |
