以简支梁、三维框架结构、Benchmark框架模型、海洋平台结构为分析对象,选择柔度差值曲率法、模态应变能法、改进后的模态应变能法和交叉模型交叉模态方法(CMCM)等4种结构损伤定位指标,对分析对象的抗噪声干扰能力进行对比分析。分析结果表明,改进后的模态应变能法和CMCM方法对于结构损伤定位均有较好的抗噪性。 相似文献

水下加肋双层圆柱壳体的振—声传递路径分析 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
简要介绍了有限元声振耦合和结构振-声传递路径分析(TPA)的基本理论。基于CAE技术建立了TPA模型,通过ANSYS声振耦合的谐响应分析,获得水下双层圆柱壳体振动响应和声场中的声压响应,利用矩阵条件数曲线优选测点位置,并结合奇异值修正的方法改善频响函数矩阵病态问题,求得振源的耦合激励力和振—声频响函数。由自编TPA程序计算得到两个振源作用下目标点的合成噪声响应与ANSYS实际计算吻合很好。利用频谱贡献云图、矢量叠加图及数据对比的方式分析了传递路径对壳外目标点噪声的贡献,从传递路径的角度找出了对壳外噪声起主导作用的环节。可见,基于CAE方法的水下双层圆柱壳体结构振-声TPA方法具有精度高、易操作、成本低等优点,对潜艇的优化设计、运行管理、针对性的维修均具有十分重要的意义。 相似文献

船舶构件中除了单个形式存在的裂纹外,还有多个裂纹同时存在的情况。多裂纹之间的相互干扰作用使得问题远比单裂纹复杂。本文采用比较简单直观的组合法对平板表面多裂纹的应力强度进行了求解并与FRANC 3D求解的结果比较,两者结果较接近,由此可见组合法可以适应工程要求。因此,在平板表面多裂纹问题求解的基础上,推出了T型构件焊趾处表面多裂纹应力强度因子求解的表达式,从而使T型构件多裂纹复杂问题转化为较简单的平板多裂纹问题,可以为工程计算方法提供参考。 相似文献

In the exploitation of ocean oil and gas, many offshore structures may be damaged due to the severe environment, so an effective method of diagnosing structural damage is urgently needed to locate the damage and evaluate its severity. Genetic algorithms have become some of the most important global optimization tools and been widely used in many fields in recent years because of their simple operation and strong robustness. Based on the natural frequencies and mode shapes of the structure, the damage diagnosis of a jacket offshore platform is attributed to an optimization problem and studied by using a genetic algorithm. According to the principle that the structural stiffness of a certain direction can be greatly affected only when the brace bar in the corresponding direction is damaged, an improved objective function was proposed in this paper targeting measurement noise and the characteristics of modal identification for offshore platforms. This function can be used as fitness function of a genetic algorithm, and both numerical simulation and physical model test results show that the improved method may locate the structural damage and evaluate the severity of a jacket offshore platform satisfactorily while improving the robustness of evolutionary searching and the reliability of damage diagnosis. 相似文献

针对海洋平台通风管路系统噪声进行研究,基于数值方法对通风系统管路流激噪声进行了计算,并与管路风机传递噪声的影响进行了对比,给出了通风管路系统噪声特性规律。采用CFD方法建立通风管路系统流体动力分析模型,得到风管湍流脉动压力;在此基础上,建立通风系统管路及典型平台房间噪声预报的统计能量分析模型,开展了特征参数对通风系统管路激流噪声的影响分析,并对风机传递噪声进行了研究。结果表明,风管流量与风管流激噪声直接相关,风机传递噪声对风机附近舱室有较大影响,距风机较远处管路噪声仍以流激噪声为主。 相似文献

High-cycle fatigue experiments are performed on welded tubular steel X-joints, with braces and chord of equal diameter. They are scaled-down joints, used extensively in offshore wind platforms. Three different welding procedures are considered in specimen fabrication: manual, fully-automatic and manual with HFMI post-weld treatment. Τwo possible locations for crack initiation were identified: chord “crown” and “in-between location”, also verified by numerical calculations and fractography of failed specimens. Monotonic loading tests on fatigue-cracked specimens showed good performance in terms of ultimate strength and deformation capacity, despite the presence of through-thickness cracks. The results are compared with predictions from relevant design standards. 相似文献

船舶与海洋结构物在服役期内会承受如结构腐蚀,疲劳裂纹以及机械性损伤等与役龄相关的结构退化与损伤,并会诱发一系列安全性、健康性以及经济风险性的问题.实际上,已有报道表明这些与役龄有关的结构退化与损伤经常会引起船舶与海洋结构物的灾难性事故.因此,为了发展更有效可行的方法来加强技术管理以控制这些结构退化和损伤,降低结构老龄化所带来的损失,开发先进的技术以及开展相应的科研工作极为重要.结构的机械性损伤与结构腐蚀和疲劳损伤相比所受关注的程度要小得多,但结构机械性损伤在一些情况下也是诱发结构失效的主导因素.文章针对老龄化船舶与和海洋结构物的机械性损伤同题,总结了包括结构磨损、撕裂,凹陷,接触性损伤和事故性损伤的当前研究现状和研究进展,给出了有关机械性损伤的预报、减轻和防止的方法,并对未来的研究与发展方向给出了建议. 相似文献

The flow noise associated with sinusoidal vertical motion of a sonobuoy restrains its working performance.In practice,a suspension system consisting of elastic suspension cable and isolation mass is adopted to isolate the hydrophone from large vertical motions of the buoy on the ocean surface.In the present study,a theoretical model of vertical motion based on the sonobuoy suspension system was proposed.The vertical motion velocity response of the hydrophone of a sonobuoy can be obtained by solving the theoretical model with Runge-Kutta algorithm.The flow noise of the hydrophone at this response motion velocity was predicted using a hybrid computational fluid dynamics(CFD)-Ffowcs Williams-Hawkings(FW-H) technique.The simulation results revealed that adding the elastic suspension cable with an appropriate elastic constant and counterweight with an appropriate mass have a good effect on reducing the flow noise caused by the sonobuoy vertical motion.The validation of this hybrid computational method used for reliable prediction of flow noise was also carried out on the basis of experimental data and empirical formula.The finds of this study can supply the deep understandings of the relationships between flow noise reduction and sonobuoy optimization. 相似文献

裂缝是输水隧洞最普遍的缺陷和潜在威胁,AUV巡检与拍摄输水隧洞中的裂缝,通过拍摄的水下图像进行处理,以确定裂缝位置。但由于水下环境极大限制了光视觉图像可视范围与分辨率,单幅水下图像所获得的视角范围有限,所以本文提出了基于SURF算法的AUV水下图像拼接方法研究。该方法首先在图像预处理阶段对水下图像进行去畸变与限制对比度自适应直方图均衡化处理,用于解决水下图像存在的畸变、对比度低、噪声严重等问题。接着将SURF特征点检测算法应用于水下图像配准当中,并与RANSAC算法相结合对特征点进行精确匹配,然后应用线性渐变融合算法实现水下图像融合,有效去除拼接缝隙,完成水下图像拼接,最终通过水池与外场实验拼接图像来验证该方法的正确性。 相似文献

在役跨海桥梁、港口工程等的服役环境恶劣,多数情况下采集到的裂缝图像背景复杂、噪声干扰较多。为了克服现有技术存在的不足,提出一种基于分形理论和二次分割的图像裂缝特征提取方法。该方法采用分形参数作为裂缝图像的特征参数,能优先抑制裂缝图像中产生干扰过多的问题,有效克服灰度不均匀、噪声块多和背景复杂的干扰因素,同时基于二次分割理论,结合两种不同的算法特点,利用粗分割排除干扰区域,利用细分割对目标区域内裂缝精准分割,实现混凝土结构裂缝目标准确有效的提取,具有更好的分割效果。 相似文献

A conventional method of damage modeling by a reduction in stiffness is insufficient to model the complex non-linear damage characteristics of concrete material accurately. In this research, the concrete damage plasticity constitutive model is used to develop the numerical model of a deck beam on a berthing jetty in the Abaqus finite element package. The model constitutes a solid section of 3D hexahedral brick elements for concrete material embedded with 2D quadrilateral surface elements as reinforcements. The model was validated against experimental results of a beam of comparable dimensions in a cited literature.The validated beam model is then used in a three-point load test configuration to demonstrate its applicability for preliminary numerical evaluation of damage detection strategy in marine concrete structural health monitoring. The natural frequency was identified to detect the presence of damage and mode shape curvature was found sensitive to the location of damage. 相似文献

对海上风机支撑结构进行动力响应分析,求出结构危险节点的载荷谱和功率谱密度函数,结合疲劳损伤模型和Dirlik概率模型,分别在时域和频域内对支撑结构进行疲劳寿命分析.由于时域法计算疲劳寿命需进行应力循环计数,这一过程需处理的数据庞大,耗时长.频域法省去应力循环计数,代之以概率密度函数,可相对准确、快速地计算结构的疲劳寿命.分析结果表明,采用Dirlik概率模型的频域分析法能较准确地反映海上风机支撑结构在随机载荷作用下的疲劳损伤情况,计算结果误差在可接受范围内. 相似文献
