对比了英标和PIANC两本规范关于船舶撞击能量计算的异同,并就护舷设计吸收能与中国规范进行了比较分析,就撞击能计算中的偏心系数开展了进一步研究。得出结论:1)英标及PIANC规范船舶撞击能量计算中偏心系数、水动力质量系数和异常靠泊能量系数等参数取值不同。2)英标的集装箱船撞击能设计值大多小于PIANC,而油船撞击能设计值大于PIANC。3)油船采用三分点靠泊时撞击能量约为四分点靠泊时的1. 3倍左右。4)油船及气体运输船管汇偏中影响着偏心系数C_E取值,随着船舶吨级增大而减小,影响程度为12%~29%。  相似文献

对比分析了中、英规范关于码头船舶靠泊撞击能设计方面的差异,并通过实例进行了验算。研究结果表明:中国水运行业规范对影响船舶靠泊撞击能的因素考虑不全,计算结果偏小,动能系数取值不尽合理。建议修订计算公式中系数的种类和取值。同时,为海外项目船舶靠泊撞击能设计提供理论参考。  相似文献

船舶附加水体质量系数Cm的取值对计算系泊船舶在横浪作用下的撞击能量具有十分重要的影响,目前国内外相关文献对该参数取值差异较大,且国内水运行业规范的参数取值偏小,给结构安全带来一定隐患。经过对取值规定的比较,并参照计算公式、结合工程实例分析计算结果,得知国内现行规范Cm的取值明显小于国内外相关规范和研究报告的取值。建议20万吨级以上船舶增大Cm取值为1.7~2.0。  相似文献

国内外规范和标准均未明确船舶有效撞击能量在护舷中如何分配,通常考虑由单个护舷完全吸收。以海外某重力式码头护舷选型为例,研究船舶有效撞击能量由多护舷分配的可能性,阐述基于PIANC指南的多护舷分配的有效撞击能量计算方法和护舷选型过程。研究结果表明:在护舷的破损不至于引起码头结构严重损害的前提下,基于PIANC指南的船舶有效撞击能量考虑多护舷分配是合理的。这一设计理念能够降低对单个护舷的吸能要求,降低码头结构造价,对海外码头工程的设计具有借鉴意义。  相似文献

PIANC提出了从船舶等级、船舶装载度、水深、波高、浪向和航速共6个影响因素分析计算港池和航道的水域波浪富裕深度。针对码头前沿波浪富裕深度,引入了PIANC关于波浪富裕深度的计算方法。并详细分析了PIANC关于码头前沿波浪富裕深度的计算方法的适应性,简要探讨了长周期波浪引起的船舶垂直运动量。重点对PIANC计算方法进行简化,并与中国规范进行了对比分析,对PIANC计算方法简化后的码头前沿波浪富裕系数K0取值提供了建议,为工程相关设计提供参考。  相似文献

通过有限元软件ABAQUS对船舶靠泊撞击作用下的斜桩-重力式结构进行动、静力响应研究,对比结构响应的异同,得到了靠泊撞击力作用下结构的位移放大效应,并探讨不同有效撞击能量下的放大效应变化规律。研究表明,相同有效撞击能量作用下的复合结构撞击力动力放大系数也相同;在进行斜桩-重力式结构设计时,当船舶有效撞击能量大于1 350.4 k J时,靠泊撞击力分项系数按规范取1.5偏小;当设计船型为30万吨级油船时,推荐靠泊撞击力分项系数取2.12。  相似文献

简述美国国防部UFC规范关于船舶撞击能的计算公式,并比较其设计参数选取和计算结果与英标BSI规范和我国规范的异同,着重分析偏心系数Ce和虚拟质量系数Cm。结果表明,UFC规范在Cm中考虑了船底相对水深对船舶撞击能的影响,且此时Cm的计算结果与船模试验结果较为接近;船舶撞击能的计算结果,UFC规范>英标>我国规范;Ce、Cm在不同船型中基本为常量,不随吨级而变化。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
