介绍一种基于485总线的温控系统的设计与实现.系统采用上位机和下位机设计,下位机通过温度传感器监测温度,与预置温度比较后执行任务;上位机和下位机通过主从应答方式交换数据信息.在上位机端的PC上实现对多路传感器传来的温度信息入库保存、打印、温度变化历史曲线绘制等功能.  相似文献

本文针对锂电池在充放电过程中的数据监测的问题,设计了基于Labview平台的监测系统,利用OZ3705电池管理芯片采集电池的电流和电压,以及温度传感器采集温度,上位机与TS1102A单片机之间采用RS-232异步串行通信标准实现串口通信,利用上位机实时监测采集到的电池的电压、电流、温度数据。  相似文献

为提高涂装房长期运行稳定和后期快速维护,探讨一种基于物联网技术的智能远程控制系统。该系统基于工业级全功能型云网关,主要用于帮助上位机和下位机联网,实现上位机和下位机的远程监控和数据透传,达到远程配置和管理工业设备的目的。测试结果表明:该设备远程控制系统具有稳定性高、维护方便等特点,为设备远程控制提供了一种可行方案。  相似文献

针对光纤测试组件信号输出特点,设计一种基于DSP的光纤惯性测试组件的数据采集系统,实现对光纤陀螺和加速度计输出信息、温度信息的A/D转换、采集、存储。针对光纤陀螺输出、温度以及加速度计输出等脉冲形式的信号,设计基于CPLD的脉冲信号计数电路,实现了固定时间间隔内的数据采样。针对加速度计温度输出为模拟信号的特点,基于24位的AD7738转换芯片通过DSP编程实现对加速度计温度信号AD转换和采集。设计了DSP与CPLD、上位机的外围通讯电路,通过对DSP内部存储器的编程,实现了对光纤惯性测试组件各信息的采集与测试,并将其发送给上位机进行存储、分析等处理。  相似文献

设计了一种基于触摸屏和PLC技术的蓄电池放电控制系统。该系统的下位机以PLC为控制核心,对放电电流和电压信号进行采集;触摸屏作为上位机,实时显示放电信息及设定放电参数。详细介绍了触摸屏的工作原理、系统硬件组成、触摸屏与PLC通信方法及触摸屏组态界面的设计。试验表明,系统具有人机交互方便、运行安全可靠、易于操作、自动化程度高等特点。  相似文献

文章提出了一种基于DSP和LabVIEW的智能断路器在线监控系统的设计方案。该系统的下位机以DSP为核心,对电流信号和断路器状态信号进行采集,实现线路的过载保护,同时可通过CAN总线将数据传送至上位机进行显示;上位机管理系统以LabVIEW为开发平台,能够实时显示测量数据及设定参数。现场测试结果表明,该系统运行稳定,准确性较好。  相似文献

为了让船员实时了解周围海况和污染数据,提高海上船只防灾能力,增加航海安全,提出在海上适当布设监测风速、风向、海浪和海水污染点,进行实时采集相关数据.通过GTM90001无线模块和GPRS网络把信息发送给船上的PC上位机,再由上位机进行数据处理、保存、显示和及时报警.实验表明,该航海防灾无线远程监测系统,弥补了卫星拍摄对海况细节了解的不足,与卫星监测结合能做好海洋灾害的预警.该系统具有实际应用价值.  相似文献

为提高地震仪信号采集系统集成化、智能化水平和信号采集的精度,以高性能多路模数转换器件ADS1256为核心、高性能处理器STM32F103为主控制器,设计了多上位机的地震仪采集系统。采用基于Lab VIEW编程的上位机实现人机交互,通过以太网实现上下位机之间的信号传输,可以单下位机服务多上位机。通过实测表明,该系统可以通过上位机自主设置量程和采样速率,实现了采样系统量程和采样速率的实时调整。  相似文献

The paper explores the role of stakeholder collaboration in the adoption of innovations as part of the environmental and sustainability agenda of port gateways. We do this through a comparative assessment of the port of Vancouver, British Columbia, and the twin ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, California. An inductive research approach is used to identify and assess the initiation and implementation process behind exemplary innovations. Innovation includes new technologies and processes for handling and moving cargo, mechanisms for planning and policy making, as well as financing, implementing, upgrading, managing and operating infrastructure systems. A relatively new arena for competition on the basis of innovation concerns environmental performance. The conceptual framework and empirical evidence suggest that while there may be intense demand for and supply of innovation in port gateways, the complex dynamics of the logistics chain are such that successful innovation requires conscious involvement and collaboration of stakeholders.  相似文献

China’s Belt and Road (BR) initiative is expected to facilitate international trade between the countries involved. In this study, we review the special requirements of wine logistics and the market growth potential of wine consumption in China. A model minimizing generalized logistical costs is developed and applied to wine imports in China, so that the best candidate cities in which to locate transport gateways and distribution centers can be identified. Our analysis suggests that the most preferred gateways are Shanghai, Tianjin, Guangzhou, and Hong Kong, which all have similar delivery costs. In comparison, Beijing and Chongqing have much higher delivery costs, mainly because they do not have good access to marine transport and/or efficient domestic distribution networks. For long-distance intercontinental transport of large volumes of wine, marine shipping remains the only viable delivery mode. However, wine distribution within China extensively uses air, road, and water transport. Therefore, cities with excellent multi-modal transport services are better positioned to become wine logistics gateways. Our study also highlights the importance of value-added services and good government support, which are important factors that influence distribution costs and quality.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

In this paper, the research concentrates on the intermodal land transportation systems which link Antwerp and Rotterdam with a shared hinterland in the long and medium distance range. It uses a choice-based experiment which has been calibrated on the basis of real case studies to understand shipper’s choices between end-to-end chains. The stated choices reveal shippers’ preferences when needing to choose between two logistic pathways, which employ a similar multimodal composition of transport modes to bring the container from door-to-door, but which route the container differently through alternative maritime gateways. The study therefore touches upon the topic of port competition applying a value-driven supply chain approach. Despite narrow differences on the main performance criteria of the door-to-door chains, the empirical analysis proves that shippers are not loyal to one of the ports, but give preference to the lowest cost solution. Enhancing the frequency levels of the inland transportation solution is only at the benefit of the more costly chain. The findings reiterate the importance of intermodal land transport systems in the competition between load centres.  相似文献

Ports are marine gateways to economic activities. Ports’ ability to perform services depends on their facilities, harbor conditions, and other factors. Generally, ports have control over their facilities but must compete for funding to improve them. As for waterways, in the U.S., a Harbor Maintenance Trust Fund was established to fund dredging, which levies a 0.125% cargo value tax on most shippers using U.S. coastal and Great Lakes harbors. Yet, commonly, a gross tonnage metric is used to allocate the fund’s resources, resulting in under-maintenance of some harbors. This, reportedly, deters additional port funding and hinders valuable commerce. Supplemental economic metrics, such as value of commerce or cargo, can improve port financing decisions, but such data is not readily available. Container ports collect cargo value data in nominal terms, but bulk ports do not. When making economic decisions, however, real values must be used. Further, when allocating resources, decision-makers must be able to assess ports over time and relative to each other. Conforming to these criteria, this paper develops three port financing indicators based on a real value of cargo and illustrates their calculations using the U.S. Port of Duluth-Superior as a case study.  相似文献

为对无人艇的相关技术进行实船验证研究,在分析科研试验对无人艇系统需求的基础上,设计和实现一种基于以太网的分布式无人艇系统。该系统利用微控制器实现对传感器数据和设备数据的分布式处理,并通过以太网交换机组建数据交换局域网;利用开源通信协议和开源库对系统软件进行开发;详细介绍无人艇系统的具体设计和实现过程。系统测试和实船试验结果表明,所设计和实现的无人艇系统工作稳定,能较好地完成指定任务。  相似文献

综合应用电子海图技术、CAN总线技术、计算机网络技术、Windows编程技术及控制工程的最新理论成果实现了综合船舶监控系统,具有船舶自动控制、信息综合显示、处理及报警功能。通过CAN总线和485串行通讯技术接收船舶机舱各检测点及各种航海仪器数据;将各种数据处理后送到服务器的数据库中,然后送到综合船舶信息显示及处理系统进行数据显示、处理及报警等;电子海图系统接收雷达及GPS定位信息,进行船位的图形显示及海况信息显示,同时将导航信息送到船舶自动舵,进行航迹或航向控制。  相似文献

由于水下环境的复杂性及无人水下航行器自身特点,对其实施实时高效控制需处理大量数据。文章采用CAN总线对UUV控制系统通信网络进行设计和分析,讨论了CAN总线网络数据帧在系统中的具体应用设计和传输参数设置,并使用CANoe仿真软件对所设计的UUV控制系统CAN网络进行了仿真,通过仿真验证了UUV控制系统CAN网络通信设计的正确性。该方法应用于UUV控制系统通信网络设计,将有效提高UUV系统控制性能和特征模拟性能。  相似文献
