藕节形切弧连接耐压壳体是大深度潜水器耐压壳体的一种新型结构形式.文章采用有限元方法,针对缺陷幅值半径比在0.05%~0.5%之间、厚度半径比在5%~9%之间、球壳间距半径比在1.9~2.7之间、连接角在40°~65°之间的三藕节切弧连接耐压壳体,进行了强度和稳定性分析;采用最小二乘法进行公式拟合,提出三藕节切弧连接耐压壳体非线性强度公式和稳定性公式,为藕节形大深度潜水器耐压壳体的结构设计提供依据.  相似文献

藕节形切弧连接耐压壳体是大深度潜水器耐压壳体的一种新型结构形式.该文考虑初始缺陷和材料、几何非线性的影响,参考潜艇规范,采用外点罚函数(OPF)法的结构优化程序,研究了三藕节切弧连接耐压壳体的优化设计.在研究中,设计变量为耐压壳体的厚度半径比、球壳间距半径比、连接角,考虑强度、稳定性以及几何约束,使浮力因子最小.同时研究了设计变量在结构优化设计中的敏感性,以及设计变量对耐压壳体的浮力因子、强度和稳定性的影响.文中的研究结果可以为藕节形大深度潜水器耐压壳体的结构设计提供参考.  相似文献

结合有限元理论,利用基于试验点的设计方法对藕节形耐压壳体进行优化设计。基于试验点的优化设计的相关理论,利用正交试验设计确定25组试验点。利用参数化建模的方法建立25组试验点对应的藕节形耐压壳体的三维模型。基于有限元理论,利用Workbench对其强度及稳定性进行分析,得到各试验点参数对应的最大应力、临界失稳载荷及壳体质量。根据有限元分析结果,构造最大应力、临界失稳载荷及壳体质量关于球心间距半径比、厚度及切弧角的响应面;利用遗传算法,结合构造的响应面,对藕节形壳体进行优化设计并利用Workbench对其进行校核,验证所设计壳体的安全性。  相似文献

对现有的潜水器耐压壳的研究主要都围绕薄壳结构,而深海载人潜水器耐压球壳,已属于厚壳的范围.国际上还没有均匀外压下厚球壳的解析解,只有美国海军泰勒水池耐压球壳设计公式及俄罗斯相应的公式可以参考.因此本文基于有限元的分析方法,对大深度载人潜水器耐压球壳极限强度进行了研究.通过对有限元参数的比较,提出了一个合理的有限元分析模型,计算结果与实验数据相符,而泰勒水池公式及俄罗斯公式的误差较大.然后计算了一系列半径厚度比下的耐压球壳的极限强度,并研究了初挠度的影响.本文认为对于深海载人潜水器耐压球壳可以直接根据有限元计算确定其极限强度,泰勒水池公式和俄罗斯公式偏于保守;耐压球壳经过精加工,初挠度对于其极限强度的影响不大.为了实用起见,本文还给出了完善耐压球壳极限强度与经典值的比值曲线,以及初挠度效应曲线.  相似文献

大深度载人潜水器耐压壳是保证其完成预定功能的最基本部件,研究初始几何缺陷,其中包括弹性屈曲模态缺陷、局部缺陷、整体圆度偏差和壳板厚度偏差,对不同深度载人潜水器耐压壳体承载力的影响乃是极其必要的。通过对不同深度潜水器的有限元分析,得出了不同深度耐压壳体受初始缺陷影响的曲线,可以确认缺陷范围处于临界弧长时结构的承载力最弱。  相似文献

通过对钛合金材料的力学性能试验数据的研究拟合出钛合金材料曲线,同时对泰勒水池公式的计算结果和有限元计算结果进行比较,将泰勒水池公式的有关思想应用于有限元分析结果的处理,对有限元分析的结果进行改进,较好地评估大深度载人潜水器耐压壳体的极限承载力。据此提出在大深度载人潜水器的耐压壳体初步设计阶段可以用该方法对结构的承载力进行预测。  相似文献

潜水器耐压球壳的稳定性是开发深海载人潜水器的关键技术之一,其球壳已达中厚壳范围,因此需考虑横向剪切变形的影响.本文基于非线性有限元方法,对大深度载人潜水器耐压球壳的非线性稳定性进行了研究,考虑了加工过程造成的不圆度、材料屈服引起的应变强化呈现的材料非线性、以及壳体整体屈服产生的塑性大变形而表现的几何非线性等因素的影响.计算表明,相同厚度耐压球壳的失稳临界压力随半径的增大而减少;球壳半径不变时,失稳临界压力则随厚度的增加而增大.文中给出了球壳失稳临界压力、厚度与直径的关系曲线,据此可选择潜水器耐压球壳的最佳几何尺寸.  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
