为优化船舶排闸,在对船舶排闸问题进行建模的基础上,提出船舶排闸的遗传算法,详细阐述将遗传算法应用于船舶排闸问题的具体实现方法。给出船舶过闸调度的仿真模型,包括交通流模型和调度模型。构建仿真实验系统,仔细比较3种船舶排闸算法,验证遗传优化算法的有效性。该研究对于内河船闸调度具有较强的理论和实用价值。  相似文献

针对现有航道通航效率评价存在对船舶航行状态考虑不足的问题,提出一种基于船舶减速的单线航道通航效率评价模型。该模型从船速差异对船舶自由航行状态影响的角度,综合考虑航道长度、船速大小和船舶到达率等参数,用船舶减速幅度和减速后的通航历时衡量单线航道的通航效率η。在统计分析船舶交通流变化规律的基础上,采用离散仿真软件Arena进行模拟仿真试验,利用蒙特卡洛方法探究并揭示航道长度、船速和船舶到达率等参数变化对单线航道η的影响机理。研究结果表明:单线航道η模型对评价和表征航道η是可行的,可为航道通航能力和船舶交通组织效率分析等提供评价依据。  相似文献

内河水域通航水流条件复杂,尤其是在船闸引航道口门区,进出闸安全一直是人们关注的最重要的问题。文章建立的模型考虑了船舶在船长方向上不同的水流流速,提升了船舶操纵模拟的精度,并将其应用到了旗杆咀船闸改造工程中,利用数值模拟与仿真模拟相结合的方式研究了船闸上、下游引航道的通航建筑物的平面布置方案,提出了改善通航条件的方法及平面布置需要注意的事项。  相似文献

为降低通航安全隐患,提高内河通航效率,对六磊塘(黄浦江—莲花南路桥航段)的通航环境、交通流特征和航道条件进行分析。该航道内现通航船舶尺度几乎全部超过Ⅶ级限制性航道对应的代表船型尺度。闸外段通航船舶船长以38~40 m为主,总长不低于38 m的船舶约占总量的50%。闸内段通航船舶船长以34~36 m为主,50%以上的船舶其总长在34 m以上。为充分利用航道通航水深资源,在结合相关规范的基础上考虑平原河网地区闸控航道的特点,提出通航船舶控制主尺度。该尺度既能有效降低各类水上险情发生的概率,也能够较为合理地兼顾沿河水运需求和船舶通航安全要求。  相似文献

从分析单线航道通航效率影响机理入手,选用单线航道为研究对象,以船速特征为核心要素,选用船舶通过率,通航历时比和航道通畅度等效率度量指标构建单线航道通航效率评价模型;在抽象分析单线航道船舶通航过程的基础上,利用Arena构建单线航道船舶交通流仿真模型,并结合蒙特卡洛仿真思想,仿真探究船速特征与通航效率之间的内在关联关系。研究表明:当船速均值μ 10 kn,标准差σ1. 0时,单线航道通航效率的变化幅度6%,当6 kn μ8 kn且1. 0 σ1. 5时,单线航道通航效率的变化幅度 20%。  相似文献

针对有关内河船舶活动的真实数据相对缺乏,直接利用该数据建立排放清单较为困难的问题,提出基于交通流仿真数据开展内河水网船舶排放清单研究的方法。以浙江省北部内河水网为例,仿真、验证交通流和船舶个体活动数据,结合船舶引擎功率的排放因子建立4种不同交通情形下的船舶排放清单,并对交通参数和船舶排放特征基础数据进行相关性分析。该研究可为相关部门从交通控制和组织的角度制订节能减排措施提供参考。  相似文献

为研究船舶减速对单向航道通航能力的影响,分析单向航道船舶交通流的特征,提取船舶减速的影响因素。采用数学语言对船舶减速的边界条件进行描述,通过概率计算构建船舶减速概率模型,通过仿真试验对船舶减速概率模型予以验证。试验结果表明:船舶减速概率模型能表征航道在正常通航状态下的船舶减速概率,进一步将理论模型与仿真结果进行对比分析,找出航道内发生船舶减速连锁效应的临界点,可将船舶到达率和船舶速度标准差控制在临界范围内,从而保障航道的通航能力。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
