本文论述了汽车被动安全性研究在交通安全中的重要地位,采有多刚体系统动力学中的R-W方法建立了二维人体模型,推导了多刚体系统矩阵形式的运动学工程,并在此基础上,开发了模拟汽车碰撞过程中人体运动响应的动画仿真程序,论证了计算机仿真技术在汽车被动安全性研究的有效性。 相似文献

在MADYMO软件中使用BioRIDⅡ后碰撞假人建立追尾碰撞模型,分析了头枕位置和倾角参数对汽车发生追尾碰撞时头颈部动力学的影响,并使用颈部损伤准则值NIC和Nkm来评估颈部损伤的风险。仿真结果表明这些因素对颈部的动力学响应有着重要影响,高而且靠近头部,并且有适当增大倾角的头枕,有助于减小颈部的损伤。 相似文献

以多体系统理论为基础,应用碰撞伤害模拟软件MADYMO建立基于美国韦恩州立大学侧面碰撞台车试验基础上的三维多体数值仿真模型。此仿真模型包括选用的MADYMO数据库中的BIOSID侧碰假人模型、Heidelberg型座椅模型、相关台车环境模型及缓冲材料模型。应用模型分4种碰撞条件进行模拟研究,通过比较分析模拟结果与台车试验结果在量值和变化趋势两方面的一致性,验证所建数值仿真模型的有效性,为应用此模型进行侧面碰撞下乘员骨盆响应的研究提供有效手段。 相似文献

This paper pursues two objectives: Firstly, to review the state-of-the-art of general purpose vehicle system dynamics software and secondly, to describe two representatives, the program MEDYNA and the program NEWEUL. The general modeling requirements for vehicle dynamics software, the multibody system approach and a comparative discussion of multibody software are given. The two programs NEWEUL and MEDYNA are described with respect to modeling options, computational methods, software engineering as well as their interfaces to other software. The applicability of these programs is demonstrated on two selected examples, one from road vehicle problems and the other from wheel/rail dynamics. It is concluded that general purpose software based on multibody formalisms will play the same role for mechanical systems, especially vehicle systems, as finite element methods play for elastic structures. 相似文献

本文在多刚体动力学Kane方法的基础上,推导了二维多刚体系统矩阵形式的动力学方程。用于一个具体的汽车乘员/座椅系统模型,计算了汽车正碰过程中人体的运动姿态、加速度、速度和位移响应,以及安全带的受力等特性。与试验结果比较,证明了理论计算的正确性。本文在实例计算的基础上,分析研究了系统参数变化对人体响应的影响以及安全带在汽车碰撞过程中对人体的保护作用。 相似文献

The minimum lap time optimal control problem has been solved for a go-kart model. The symbolic algebra software Maple has been used to derive equations of motion and an indirect method has been adopted to solve the optimal control problem. Simulation has been successfully performed on a full track lap with a multibody model endowed with seven degrees of freedom. Geometrical and mechanical characteristics of a real kart have been measured by a lab test to feed the mathematical model. Telemetry recorded in an entire lap by a professional driver has been compared to simulation results in order to validate the model. After the reliability of the optimal control model was proved, the simulation has been used to study the peculiar dynamics of go-karts and focus to tyre slippage dynamics, which is highly affected by the lack of differential. 相似文献

为分析4100QBZL柴油机曲轴的疲劳寿命,建立该曲柄连杆机构的刚柔耦合多体动力学模型,将多组试验测量的缸内压力作为驱动力,进行耦合仿真得到曲轴在柔性体模型下的主轴颈、连杆轴颈负荷仿真结果,并根据载荷结果对曲轴进行静强度校核。最后结合由多体动力学软件得到的载荷谱与有限元分析所得的曲轴在各个工况下的应力应变分析结果,以及通过材料的各项属性拟合出的S-N曲线,对曲轴进行了疲劳寿命预测。结果表明:曲轴的静强度及疲劳寿命均达到了工程设计要求,曲轴最危险部位的寿命次数也达到了1013以上,认为曲轴不会发生疲劳破坏。 相似文献

In the present paper, the damper model structure is shortly elaborated together with some measurement and estimation techniques to retrieve the model parameters, possibly from dynamometer measurements only.
