1 珠江三角洲集装箱运输基本格局现状 珠江三角洲地区是我国外贸经济最发达、集装箱生成量最大的地区之一。改革开放以来,沿海主要港口不断建设集装箱泊位,经过20年的发展,珠江三角洲地区集装箱港口已基本形成了以香港为国际航运中心,深圳港、广州港为干线港,区内其他中小集装箱港口为喂给港的集装箱运输格局。这种格局随着广州港大力发展集装箱运输和南沙港区的建成投产,将日益巩固。  相似文献

近年来,随着区域经济蓬勃发展,珠江三角洲各港口兴建、扩建集装箱码头的热潮风起云涌。深圳、广州、东莞、珠海等地先后推出了本地区港口发展的宏伟计划,并付诸实施。珠江三角洲区域内港口建设新局面的出现,一方面打破了原有市场结构的传统关系,并产生了一些颇具竞争实力的区域干线港及次子干线地位的支线港或喂给港,促进了港口集装箱运输市场的良性发展;另一面,由于一些地方缺乏整体考虑和总体环境下的协调,集装箱码头的建设与经营出现局部失衡,从而导致了该区域各集装箱港口在应付来自周边大港的挑战的同时,相互间展开了争夺集装箱货源激烈的竞争。  相似文献

文章旨在探讨珠三角沿海集装箱港口体系的发展特征、职能分布与未来港群发展方向.从珠江三角洲集装箱港口群的交通区位优势和战略地位出发,分析港口群体的现代发展特征、职能结构,认为现阶段珠三角沿海集装箱港口体系已经初步形成了以香港、深圳为主的集装箱主枢纽港,其他港口为支线港或喂给港的港口体系,并且各港口之间职能分工较为明确.但在珠江东西两岸存在分布不平衡,港口职能结构体系还尚待进一步完善.最后针对这些现状分析提出未来发展构想.  相似文献

珠江三角洲(以下简称珠三角)地区集装箱码头的兴建、扩建一方面造成了集装箱港口功能和级别的分化,产生了一些颇具竞争实力的干线港、支线港及喂给港,促进了港口集装箱运输市场的良性发展;另一方面,由于缺乏区域总体协调,致使集装箱码头的建设与经营局部失衡,导致了部分港口间激烈的、非理性竞争。在激烈的市场竞争环境下,如何顺应市场变化规律,在经营上突出"分工"与"合作",并使两者相结合,应该是珠三角地区各港口今后发展走势的总体特点。  相似文献

交通部水运司官员表示,我国将加快沿海港口建设。将继续推动区域港口资源整合,加快建设环渤海地区、长江三角洲地区、泛珠江三角洲地区、西南沿海地区港口,合理配置集装箱、外贸进口原油、铁矿石、煤炭等专业化码头;加快形成以上海为中心,以浙江、江苏为两翼的上海国际航运中心,以大连港为龙头、营口、丹东、锦州等港相配合的东北亚国际航运中心。今后港站主枢纽的规划建设要充分考虑发展综合物流的需要,推进物流园区建设,形成物流中心。交通部的目标是:到2010年基本形成干线港、支线港、喂给港等层次分明、布局合理的港口集装箱运输体系;临港工业和商贸活动成为沿海港口的重要功能.港口物流作用明显。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
