为引入绿色理念,计算港口对城市的绿色经济贡献率,指导港口的可持续发展,定量分析港口对资源消耗的占用和对环境的影响情况,在原投入产出表的基础上扩充港口对资源的占用与对环境的影响两个部分,形成新投入产出表以计算港口对城市的绿色经济贡献率,并以大连地区为例计算大连港对大连市的绿色经济贡献率,与现行的港口对城市的经济贡献率进行比较。  相似文献

实现港口系统和城市系统的协调发展是实现港城互动、提升港口城市竞争力的重要途径.为构建港口系统和城市系统的指标体系,提出了两个系统协调发展的建模方法.据此,以大连市为例进行实证分析,运用因子分析方法,分析了1990年以来大连港口经济和城市经济的主导驱动因子,在此基础上计算综合因子得分,得出1990年以来大连港口系统和城市系统的协调状况,并结合现实情况对计算结果进行了阐释.  相似文献

为分析港口集疏运系统的行为特征和发展趋势,首先依据协同论等相关理论,对港口集疏运系统协调发展内涵进行了界定。其次以广西北部湾港口为研究对象,运用系统动力学的原理及仿真方法,在系统分析和因果反馈分析的基础上建立了港口集疏运协调发展的系统动力学模型,包括港口吞吐需求、吞吐能力、集疏运结构及货源结构4个子模块。模型结构与行为等检验方式验证了该模型的有效性。最后基本模拟和政策模拟结果分析为港口集疏运发展决策提供理论依据和指导。  相似文献

港口集装箱吞吐量预测问题具有多因素非线性相互作用构成的高阶次、复杂时变系统特征。基于该特征,引进系统动力学建模法建立了宁波-舟山港集装箱吞吐量模型,利用环境、经济、进出口贸易、港口及集疏运5个子系统的非线性相互作用,反映多种不确定因素对港口集装箱吞吐量的影响。应用该模型预测了宁波-舟山港2010—2020年集装箱吞吐量,取得了较好的结果。  相似文献

引入经济地理学的新理论成果———圈层结构法和点轴法,提出了圈层结构划分法和点轴结构划分法两种新的港口腹地划分方法,并应用这两种新方法对大连国际航运中心港口腹地范围的界定与划分进行实例分析。与以往的行政区划法、经济区域法等港口腹地划分方法相比,这两种方法更加注重对港口原有腹地的细分,更接近于港口腹地的实际状况,进而有利于港口企业的经营发展。  相似文献

随着海上运输业的不断发展,关于港口运输交通的研究日益增加。在原有智能港口运输交通流模拟系统使用过程,常因模拟结果误差较大,造成港口交通研究结果可靠性较差的问题。因而,设计线性模型下智能港口运输交通流模拟系统。硬件方面,安装船载GPS收发装置,设定系统控制器,其他硬件部分沿用原有设备。引用线性模型优化交通流模拟计算法,构建高精度智能港口运输交通流模拟模型,提升系统的模拟精度。至此,线性模型下智能港口运输交通流模拟系统设计完成。通过系统测试对比可知,此系统的模拟结果误差数值低于原有系统模拟结果误差数值。综上可知,线性模型下智能港口运输交通流模拟系统模拟精度较高。  相似文献

将系统动力学方法应用于港口吞吐量预测模型。考虑了各种主要因素对港口吞吐量的影响,较好地解决了港口吞吐量预测方法中考虑系统因素较少的问题以及经济、社会发展水平的不确定性等影响港口吞吐量预测所产生的误差问题。采用宁波市港口各相关统计数据对模型进行了仿真和验证.结果证明该模型有效、可行。  相似文献

集装箱区堆场是进出口集装箱暂时堆存和保管场地,其布局的合理性对港口作业效率具有重要的影响。考虑到港口系统的复杂性与随机性,为评价堆场布局方案对港口作业效率的影响,本文基于多智能体仿真技术构建了集装箱港口生产作业系统仿真模型,以模拟整个港口各个子系统的详细作业过程及相互影响。实例证明该模型能够有效评估集装箱港区堆场布局方案对应的港口作业效率指标,进而优选堆场布局方案。  相似文献

针对港城用地相互制约引起的港口陆域演化问题,利用CA-Markov模型模拟了港口陆域的发展格局。模型中综合考虑了自然、社会、经济和政策等因素对港口建设适宜性的影响,并采用层次分析法确定各因素的权重。在准确模拟大连港2013年实际港口陆域格局的基础上,对2020年大连港的陆域分布情景进行了预测。研究结果表明,CA-Markov模型提供了一种定量分析和预测港口陆域演化的方法,能够为港口的发展规划提供科学参考。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
