小水线面双体船阻力预报研究 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
小水线面双体船(SWATH)船型设计的关键技术之一是其水动力性能的预报,而其静水阻力预报是其水动力性能预报的重要内容.本文应用船舶计算流体动力学(CFD)技术并结合传统的阻力估算方法,开发了一个SWATH船型阻力数值预报集成软件系统.为了验证该系统的有效性,将其应用于一SWATH船型的总阻力和有效功率计算,并将计算结果和现有的船模试验结果进行了比较.结果表明,本文所开发的SWATH阻力预报系统可以很好地预报SWATH船型阻力随航速的变化规律以及阻力曲线峰、谷点的位置;在傅汝德数小于0.45的速度范围内,计算得到的总阻力和试验结果吻合良好. 相似文献

现代船舶无论是单体船型还是多体船型,方尾都得到了广泛的运用,尤其对于三体船型,其多为喷水推进系统,船型设计时主体大多采用了较大方尾的设计。方尾船型在航行过程中,方尾后流场及出水情况随航速不断变化,这也一直是方尾船型阻力预报过程中的重点与难点。基于改进后的近场兴波方法,并对方尾后区域采取特殊处理,结合近水面网格快速划分的方法,对方尾船型的兴波阻力及航行姿态进行预报。得到不同航态下湿表面积后,预报船体总阻力。结合经验公式对低航速下的方尾静水力进行估算。以具有较大方尾的某三体船型为例进行计算,并将计算结果与实验值及部分软件参考结果进行对比,证明了理论方法可行有效。 相似文献

从船舶航速预报、耐波性能和操纵性能预报的市场需求出发,分析了国内外船舶综合性能预报的现状,详细介绍了由上海船舶运输科学研究所承担,中国船舶工业集团第708所、中国船舶重工集团第702所参加开发的船舶综合性能预报系统(SPPS1.0)。该预报系统首次将计算机网络技术、母型船航速预报技术和优良船型水动力试验动态数据库有机结合起来,并应用耐波性理论、操纵性理论,建立起依托互联网,面向船舶行业,实时远程预报船舶性能的共性技术平台;开发的系统软件有效解决了数据库中核心技术资源的保密性和全行业共享应用的矛盾,具有良好实用性和预报指标的先进性。 相似文献

根据“赤水河航运新船型研究”科研项目的要求,研究并设计出赤水河航运的新船型。对设计的新船型进行了快速性能试验,同时选定了赤水河现有的1艘优秀机动驳作为对比船进行快速性能试验。两船试验结果对比表明新船型的阻力性能、推进性能优于对比船。在相同主机功率条件下,设计船的预报航速高于对比船。 相似文献

双艉船型是目前应用于长江及内河各水系的快速性节能优秀船型。在实船航速预报、螺旋桨设计中需要较准确地估算其推进因子。本文对双艉船推进因子模型系列试验图谱进行了回归分析,给出了回归公式。并根据实船试航结果对用系列图谱计算的有效功率和推进因子进行了相关分析,表明用图谱计算结果来预估实船快速性是可靠的。 相似文献

介绍了基于阻力最小的小水线面双体船主尺度优化方法,引入逐步二次回归的优化思想,结合可变误差多面体算法和乘子法,形成了独特的优化算法.开发了阻力计算和主尺度优化程序(SWATHRES和SWATHOPT),根据输入的主尺度及优化变量约束,程序内确定给定几何表达的主体和支柱船型,在指定的设计航速下,计算输出阻力最小的优化船型及相应的阻力曲线.计算表明:该系统可用于SWATH阻力预报和方案设计阶段的主尺度选型. 相似文献

对设计航速在Fr=0.28~0.35之间、船型基本参数在L/B=5.5~6.0,B/T=3.5~4.0,CB≈0.55范围的方尾双浆快速客船船型,进行了一系列线型优化试验工作。通过对主船体的优化、球艏的优化及双尾鳍的优化,开发成功了低阻节能的方尾、球艏、外旋浆双尾鳍快速客船船型。其较优化对象在设计航速时可降低功率10%以上,而在稍低些的航速下可降低功率30~40%,与常规人字架Taylor船型相比可降低功率20~25%,与国内同类优秀双尾鳍船型相比,功率可降低10%左右。通过球艏估化研究,提示快速客船宜采用8~12%面积比的球艏,由此可降低剩余阻力15~20%,又不会招致低速时过大的阻力增加。在尾鳍的优化研究中着重研究了尾鳍形状与螺旋浆旋向的影响,取得了重大突破,揭示了随着航速的增加,切向伴流分量逐渐向有利于外旋桨的方向变化,对快速客船已能设计出适合于外旋桨并有最佳快速性能的双尾鳍船型。 相似文献

The development of a parametric hull form design system utilizing combined knowledge-based and objectoriented methodologies,
approaches, and techniques is the major purpose of this research. One objective was the development of a powerful, intuitive,
and parameter-based hull definition system with a related hull definition advisory system that would provide useful and necessary
advice to the user. Object and knowledge modeling activities were conducted during the analysis and design stage to facilitate
the implementation of a hull design program and advisory system. The hull design system includes the generation of a geometric
model from a process of aggregating simple user-selected shapes representing different boundaries. Design involves the capability
to vary simple parameters such as entrance angles, length-breadth ratios, and radii to define local and general surface geometries.
Hydrostatic calculations are included for analysis; results are referred to an advisory system for evaluation and the determination
of the acceptability of parameters and analysis results. The advisory system includes a knowledge bases consisting of hull
form databases, results of the statistical analysis of data, design parameter constraints, and expert knowledge acquired from
designers, reference materials, and technical reports. Use of the design tool with the advisory system results in the rapid
generation of hull forms and associated design evaluations. Flexibility in decision making results from the separation of
the design system from the advisory system. The independence of the two systems allows for a wide range of user experience
with experts using the design tool with minimal reference to the advisory system. On the other hand, the expertise and knowledge

A hypothesis of the minimum energy of secondary flow, suggested by Bessho, is introduced here. According to this hypothesis, it can be expected that hull forms having frame lines with a minimum energy of secondary flow show less form drag. In the first part of this article, secondary flow energy is evaluated for the cases with and without a free-surface effect, and Bessho’s hypothesis is confirmed for practical hull forms. Then optimization methods for the stern hull form are suggested, in which a nonlinear optimization technique is introduced. Numerical examples are given for a practical tanker hull form and a practical container hull form. From these studies, the suggested optimization method can be confirmed as a simplified and practical design method to the select frame lines of stern hull forms. 相似文献

The development of the LBR-5 “Stiffened Panels Software” is included in the development of a new design methodology to ease and to improve preliminary studies of naval structures and floating hydraulic structures. It allows, as of the first draft, an optimization of the scantling of the structure's constituent elements. The ultimate target is to link standard design tools (steel structure CAD, hull form, hydrostatic curves, floating stability, weight estimation, etc.) with a rational optimization design module and a minimum construction cost (or minimum weight) objective function. It is developed to be a user-oriented tool. The optimization module is composed of three basic modules (OPTI, CONSTRAINT and COST) and a group of sub-modules (in external databases). Among these the user selects a set of relevant sub-modules (i.e. geometrical and structural constraints). Since the present optimization deals with least construction costs (as objective function), and uses an explicit objective function (not empirical), the user must specify labor costs (unitary material costs, welding, cutting, etc.). This paper is the second part of a series of two articles. The previous paper focused on the ‘Module-Oriented Optimization’ methodology and on the rational constraints (Rigo, Marine Structures 2001).
